This is the best place on earth! I sad to be moving this week :(BUT onto bigger and better things! This place was a great oasis to live at! The people though are older BUT my husband I really didn’t mind the pool was amazing, the amenities are 5 star! Our doormen and ladies were AMAZING!!! We loved everything about the place EXCEPT THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION WAS SUCH A ASSHOLE IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! Instance– your not allowed to have a grill– NOT EVEN A GEORGE FORMAN! BUT THE PRESIDENT EVERYDAY HIM AND HIS BOYFRIEND GRILLED ON THEIR PATIO EVERYDAY! If rules don’t apply to one they shouldn’t apply to others! We have lived on the property for 2 years and loved it! If you are looking to rent a place $ 3800 and up this is the place to be that’s on the beach!
