We hired Senior Helpers in Ft. Lauderdale to help work with my mother in law to get her up and moving again after several months of doing nothing, in preparation for relocating her to Oregon where we live. She was depressed, losing weight and not able to move around much. They came on board sized up the situation and got her up and dressed and ready every morning and made 2 meals for her. She has gained 10 lbs and is walking again. We have had a very good experience and can recommend them. Natalia kept us informed and called with questions or concerns. Now after a few weeks we get weekly reports. My mother in law seems to like the people who are sent in, and looks forward to their coming. We have hired them until a few days before we fly her up to Oregon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering the idea of in home care.

Senior Helpers has been a great agency to work with. My husband is in a wheelchair and they have helped immensely. The aides that we have used are always professional and courteous and very nice to have in our home. i would highly recommend them for care for your loved ones.

Beware! Stay far away from these people, as they are fraudulent, and carry out illegal practices. My Mom was a Client of theirs several months ago. She has two John Hancock Policies that cover her up to $ 180 a day for help. When she first enrolled, they asked for a credit card to keep on file and said they would NEVER charge the card without contacting us, and that would only happen if insurance did not pay. Needless to say, THEYLIED. I guess it is easier for them to charge an unauthorized amount to a card, than to properly bill the insurance and if there is a problem, contact the insured. There are many other REPUTABLEAGENCIES out there! BEWAREOFTHISONE!
