I second the other reviewer’s opinion — 0 stars please! The people there are SO unpleasant. There is no customer service, its like I am doing them a favor showing up. I got a certificate from Gilt for 3 laser treatments. This is not the first time I’ve had a laser treatment, but all the tech does is swat the device at me for 30 seconds and scowl. The results are NONEXISTANT.

Sleek commented on my review asking me to contact them to fix this situation. As I expected, I emailed them, as the comment asked to, and I still have not heard from them. Run from these people! As fast as you can!

Thieves!!! Stole my money. Told me I paid for lifetime hair removal and after 6 times I was told that’s it!!! Still have hair and dissatisfied with the results!!! Dont not go to sleek!!! They’re absolute thieves!!!

I tried to purchase a plan from this people. They lied from beginning to end. They first gave me a price which they said was unlimited, then they said that price was not good anymore and gave me a higher price. Then I saw that they were having a sale on their website at 50% off their prices and when I asked for those prices, they told me those were no good as well. So at the end I did not purchase anything. Then I found out that 2 of my friends had gone there; one of them was sold an «unlimited package» and when they closed the Aventura location and moved to FT. Lauderdale to get rid of those who purchased that plan, they called her up and told her that the «unlimited» plan never existed and that she could no longer go there to get treatments –even though they had sold that to her. My other friend purchased an under arm package. After the 6 sessions the hair was still there.
I was glad I did not purchase anything from this people. Before buying something from this office, please see the reviews on Sleek Aventura as well which is their previous location before they moved– same people– different location.
