Es un clásico! Siempre el mismo sabor del café en cualquier lugar que estés, volvería sin dudarlo!

While you should never judge a place based on one experience when you have had a few bad ones it should be noted. I picked up a vanilla latte for my wife and it was messed up. They must have gotten a little happy with the pump. Months down the line came back and same thing. Now it is important to understand that this is problem that does not happen at other locations and is specific to here with my two experiences and then we came in and it happened a third. That was it for my wife, no more at this location. That being said I have not been here since those bad experiences and today I am coming here to meet someone and at 8am and they are out of cold brew, the place seems like the air is broke and the music is blaring. Stroke four for me?! Oh, and to top it all off the barista made it very clear that she wishes she was not at work today. Very unfriendly and seems like I was troubling her to be here. I personally like Dunkin coffee over this place, but after the countless problems I would think I might only come here as a last resort. No excuse for the continued problems and people being so unfriendly…

Waited way too long for someone to even greet us. 2 people working and no fast or efficient. Worker looked disheveled. Finally added 2 more but the he backup is ridiculous. Great place to open a coffee shop.

Consistent 20+ minute wait times in drive thru. The location and parking lot are are poorly planned nightmare

My flat white tour continues. This location gets it right. Nice foam and excellent espresso strength.

Came here for a quick coffee before work. Ordered my usual: toffee nut latte with a double shot of espresso. While waiting for my order I realized I forgot to tell them to make it soy and I quickly asked the barista if she could make it a soy latte instead, and apologized for not letting them know about it at the register. But they hadn’t made my drink yet. As soon as I told her she seemed irritated and said«its a dollar more!» Which was completely OK with me if i had to pay extra(although I know soy milk is only 60 but she could have been a little understanding. She seemed extremely annoyed that I interrupted her. I was helped by Jonathan and Sheika(not so nice) They made the coffee really well though!

Pretty good Starbucks. Quick drive-thru, clean inside and out.

This is a nice, new, clean location. Customer service is nice and friendly. I usually eat in rather than using the drive through. I guess the worst thing that’s happened to me here is that the other day I had to go up to a different employee other than the one that took my order and tell them that I had ordered a pastry that I hadn’t received(they had completed my coffee and breakfast sandwich order, though) and he was nice and got it for me right away. So that’s a good sign, I guess.

If you come here between 8-Noon(not joking), you will be waiting for at least 15 minutes even if you decided to go inside. The design of the building is idiotic. The line is so long it spills onto commercial blvd and federal, which makes really angry drivers since that is such a high traffic area. I have gotten stuck in this line when I wasnt even going there multiple times. And parking… I would park at Dunkin Donuts because your car can get trapped since the line runs through the parking lot– if you can call it that. The thing that pushed me over the edge is how sloppy everything is. I always order soy milk and if you don’t shake it or prepare it properly, you will get huge chunks of soy on the bottom of your drink. Its really obvious, especially to people that work there. In attempt to make the customer not notice, a lot of starbucks seem to think if they cover it with caramel, no one will notice. The last time I went, it was so bad they poured an inch of caramel at the bottom but the chunks STILL found their way into my straw. GROSS. For an eight dollar coffee, I find this ridiculous. Every time I have asked them to shake it too they also have given me a weird look, only in this location and one in Boca. I can’t comment on the staff, or food, but it’s really bothersome to have to wait so long and then get a coffee that grosses me out.

Good morning/afternoon: it really pains me to ever say anything this about particular store, however enough is enough; which brings me to this complaint. This store is located at 4854 N. Federal Hwy, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, which is en route on my work commute. I stop here almost every morning with a friend through their drive-thru. We suffer through 10 – 15 minute wait times, which to this point, nearly 8 months in has finally hit the ceiling for the both of us. The excuse given by Michelle(who was apparently doing everyone’s job and hers at the same time) was: I apologize. I only have two hands and we’re doing the best we can. I am a certified Chef & Wine Sommelier. I am fully capable of understanding a short-staffing situation, but that response was unacceptable. I was on the verge of leaving the order, but due to my friend, we stayed because we were pressed for time to find coffee elsewhere on our way. I honestly hope that this gets addressed because I’ve been in busy stores(Broward Blvd. & Federal & the Galleria location) and they run like a Swiss clock. Please fix this problem. If not for me then for the other hundreds that get stuck in a drive thru for nearly 20 minutes, without exaggeration. We didnt leave until 20 after. Again, unacceptable anywhere! Try different tactics: Provide timing windows, provide more staff during rush hours(morning and evening). There are possibilities, just not enough caring in that store. I dtownt want that to be my last Starbucks experience, as I’ve been going to these stores since 2001. Thank you.

The service here is lousy compared to other Starbucks I have visited. The drive thru servers are not very helpful. Many services that are offered by other Starbucks they don’t offer here. Every request I have is «no, no, no!» Unbelievable. Hope the manager reaches out to me because I’m highly upset.

This Starbucks always gets my order wrong 9 times out of 10. Also, the crazy traffic between the shared driveways with Dunkin Doughnuts and Chipotle make it hectic just to go there. I’ve been witness a few times to people fighting for their spot in the drive-thru with people trying to cut in from the driveway opposite the line, it’s hardly ideal. Sorry, but this location is only getting 1 star from me.

This Starbucks is crammed and jammed into a little parcel of land. On an early weekday morning I found that the parking was full and cramped. And the line was long inside too. My latte was okay, they forgot to take out the foam, I was in too much of a rush to fix it.

It’s hard to review Starbucks because so many are so similar however I had really great service here and the girl ringing e up helped me pick out a sweet treat that really hit the spot. This is a newer(smaller) location but it’s very clean and easy to get to.

Really nice starbucks store! Employees even remembered my name! Sometimes you just have to wait because they served drive thru first(that’s the only minus there)

It’s so cold in there all the time as if they are trying to freeze people out. I’m usually the person that loves AC and cold but within 30 minutes I have to leave, even if I’m wearing two pairs of pants, a shirt and two sweaters(yes, it’s Florida, in the summer, and I have to dress like that to go to Starbucks and read). Also, wifi doesn’t always work. I told them when it didn’t and they didn’t try to help or fix it at all(the store was completely dead when this happened). If you kept the AC on 70 or so and helped when wifi was down, I’d give you 5 stars.

I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. I had it toasted. It comes with grill marks. Toasting it brings out the flavor. It’s 480 calories and 900 mg of sodium. 12 grams of fat which isn’t bad considering there’s chicken and cheese.

Super easy drive through, but you’ll want to park the car and sit a while. There are a couple of tables outside with nice shade that makes for a much more leisurely way to enjoy your coffee. Staff was decent and the service was good. It’s the usual set up inside with two cookie-cutter coolers with cookies and drinks and pastries. A few tables, a couple of wing chairs and you’re done. Free wifi, of course.

Welcome to the neighborhood Starbucks, glad to have you here. There are like 6DD within a 10 mile radius around these parts but only this one lone Starbucks which is a pretty new location itself. It’s Starbucks and you already know what it’s all about, so I won’t go into detail. I will say though that it is very hard to get to. It is right on US1 and Commercial and no matter which direction you are coming from, the roads backs up extensively, so just keep that in mind. They have a drive thru which is always convenient and they sell bananas and apples and such at the window when you pull up. It’s right next to a Chipotle so that might be exciting for some. As all Starbucks do, they have outdoor seating, but it’s pretty much right on top of US1 and quite noisy I would imagine. So that’s that, its just a Starbucks.
