Five stars for saving the day. I had accidentally left my wallet 1 hour before flying out of FLL. I called the store immediately using my App receipt. Thankfully the young lady who answered the phone investigated and found out that the manager was safe guarding it. My sincere thanks to all involved. My faith in the store, the patrons and staff was validated with this event.

Parking is s little difficult in the am and around lunch but other than that the people are nice and friendly Their variety of foods is pretty good relative to mist stores

Worst Starbucks around! Lousy attitudes, dirty and no toilet paper in the bathroom. I ask for a receipt for my drink; «oh, we ran out of register tape». Very poor staff

Worst Starbucks. Besides the fact that it always takes forever no matter how short the line is and they mess up the order all the time.

This Starbucks smells like dead animal. It’s a very busy store but looks very dirty. If you wanna Pick up coffee is fine but don’t sit down here. Smells awful.

First time visiting this location and it was a mess. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned, mopped, etc in a while. The music they were playing was so loud and everyone was trying to talk over it causing the entire place to erupt in unnecessary noise. The smell… Wow. Not sure what it is, but it’s sour like the trash hasn’t been taken out in weeks. There are only 5 tables to sit at and they were full. Are are a few outside. I wouldn’t come here if you plan on getting work done or studying with your coffee. This place is a grab and go. The staff seemed nice but we couldn’t take the odor and noise while we stood in line so we left.

Willjennie took my order and made it lighting fast with a smile and delightful personality. Good location, good parking, inexpensive prices and clean dining area. 5 stars without a doubt.

Slowest drive thru of any Starbucks I’ve been too. Don’t go here unless you have at least 20min or more.

I walked in at 6am on a Saturday to get some coffee before a charity walk and I was NOT greeted by Belle. She just stared at me when I walked up to the register and then did a wide eye look when I didn’t order right away. She didn’t tell me my total and said«you can scan» when I had my Starbucks app open on my phone. I get if they were busy I would get a greeting like that… But there were only two customers in the store already enjoying their coffee. The only thing the woman who gave me my coffee was«do you want a tray»? I got two coffees, two grande cold brews both with coconut milk, one with a sweet and low. NORMALLY I wan usually told, «this one has the sweet and low», nope. No good morning. No thank you. Smile a little, you’ll feel better, I Promise.

Comming from a Canadian partner who is traveling in fort lauderdale currently, i decided to switch it up and try a new Starbucks, this one. The parking lot sucks, i had to park across the street, drive thru was backed up. They rang in my drink wrong, they did not make the drinks in sequence, neglecting cold bar and serving 6 people who came in and ordered after i did. A black tea lemonade takes 45 seconds tops to make and i waited 14 minutes, literally. Yall Seriously need to get your sequences down pat because that is NOT the concept of lean thinking, which Starbucks embraces. Nor do they serve it with a smile. I had no problem letting them know this either. Take this as constructive criticism and re-teach the concept to your damn baristas. Call me a perfectionist but Starbucks should serve every drink to perfection, at least I did. Not happy, I will stick to Starbucks on 17th they are extremely friendly and efficient! Shake my head.

This location is located in a small, awkward plaza just before the Henry E Kinney tunnel on US1 in Fort Lauderdale. Very convenient location for me considering I travel this route to work sometimes. Starbucks Matcha Green Tea Latte is one of my favorites. I don’t frequent starbucks often, but when I do, it’s for this drink. Surprisingly the drive through line wasn’t the usual long one that I’ve become accustomed to seeing and moved along quickly. Service was fine and I was able to enjoy my fave in no time. No complaints

We needed a break from our busy day of vacationing in this area and this Starbucks was perfect. While small, the seating area was comfortable and welcoming. I had a free birthday beverage to claim and happily went for a frappecino. My mom doesn’t do dairy but was eyeing my cool drink. The staff was super helpful in talking us through the non-dairy options for Frappecinos and my Mom had her very first Java Chip made with rice milk. She loved it! We spent a lovely hour here chilling and refueling before heading out for a busy evening.

Just the worst sbux ever. Don’t get me started on the parking/drive thru fiasco. See other reviews for those rants. But the dirty interior and the looks on employee faces ranging from disengagement to disgust are what could really be improved. Not to mention that my drink is almost never right and when you ask them if a certain ingredient was added, they will lie to your face. There were no customers in line today inside but for me, yet it took 10 minutes for the employee who took my order to realize she was supposed to be preparing it. She was the same one who lied to me about putting a shot of espresso in my frap, when I watched her not do it. Go 10 blocks in almost any direction to another location. This one deserves to be torn down.

Although the parking here is a nightmare because the drive-thru line cuts right through it, the service is typically quick and friendly. I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes whether I go in or use the drive-thru. So don’t be discouraged when you see that line wrapped around onto the street. It’s usually worth the wait.

While the Sbux is average, the parking lot is an Epic Fail. Absolutely the worst in the county.

I am a gold card holder traveling from the west coast. I stopped by this location as it is close to the airport. As a regular Starbucks customer, I know what my iced green tea should taste like. First of, I order a White Hot chocolate and got White hot chocolate mocha instead. The cashier then said«this is is white hot chocolate» i reiterated«it’s got mocha» she then issued me a refund for the difference after the attitude. Second order was an iced green tea… the barista already had my drink ready to go when the other barista told him something so he dumped the drink and made a new one. I took it anyway, no questions asked… This green tea tastes like tap water with a sweetener. Be glad I don’t live in this area or your DM will be coming for you soon.

I’ve been taking my chances here for a minute with moderate success, but my drink was jacked up twice this week, today it was the wrong size AND totally undrinkable. I had to take it to the sb store down the street – who, AGAINASUSUAL, with kind understanding open arms, remade my drink for no charge. Y’all get it together! Pass.

To paraphrase Shakespeare’s King Richard II, «My kingdom for a flow chart!» Good grief. This store suffers from the worst drive-thru/parking lot logistics I’ve ever seen. They get six or seven cars in the drive-thru line and you have to wait until they move along to park in one of the spots that are always available. Clearly crossing the entrance to the drive-thru with the parking lot is an unmitigated disaster. The drive thru should come straight off of SE12th Street or from SE11th Court on the north side(receiving your coffee through the passenger window), but the idea of having parking lot customers and drive-thru customers flow in the same direction is crazy. That said, it’s a Starbucks that has everything for better or worse; great coffee but small boxes of pre-packaged, overpriced foods. I recommend the sausage egg cheese biscuit for $ 3.25. The gentleman in front of me got a mini-box of food consisting of a small, hard-boiled egg and a small amount of sliced fruit. He had one of those disgusted«so this is the future» looks on his face. If you want to be a regular here, I recommend buying a house in the neighborhood and walking. If the owners want to do more business, they will have to make it easier to get there from here.

Maybe this was just a bad day, but this store was a terrible experience. The baristas were not friendly, no one smiling. Profanity was heard from behind the bar. No music was playing, which made a very stale ambiance and allowed you to clearly here the personal conversations of baristas loud and clear. The floor/tables were dirty, a barista came out and wiped a few tables with her hand. A customer was asking about what whipped cream vs whipping cream meant, and two baristas(one behind the bar, one in café) belittled him, speaking angrily and purposefully slower, like he was a child. Again, not one of the 7 baristas smiled the whole time. Not until we were about to leave, 2 hours later, did we hear/see any names on a cup. However, the pastries were nice, drinks were correct. A nice sized little café, just not a very«inspiring moment.»
