Unfortunately, they are the only Porsche Certified Shop in the Fort Lauderdale area. I will be contacting Porsche North America to make sure they don’t care the prestige associated with that because truly they are negligent. I brought them my brand new Porsche 991 that was rear-ended. I called and I was told to come in for an estimate. Peter very rudely looked at the car for a split second and said he’s to busy for an estimate. I was pretty annoyed given I drove a long distance to get to the shop for the estimate. While in the shop I made an appointment – something I could do over the phone to get the work done. It took over 8 weeks to fix my bumper – the work entailed a new bumper cover and paint. I would call daily to speak to Maurice or Peter – both of which are impossible to get a hold off. They are also not honest and will NEVER call you back. Apart from them, it appears nobody has a clue on what is going on at Stuttgart. They are all fairly clueless – its kind of sad. Finally, 8 weeks later they told me my car was ready. When I was about to pick the car up they wanted me pay for«flat bedding» car back to Champion and pay a diagnostic fee. It was literally a shake-down. I was confused to say the least. I called Champion and they didn’t understand why the car needed to go there nor had they generated a charge. I don’t know if this was fraud. Stuttgart wanted me to pay a tow fee and a diagnostic fee for the car. I told them the car was under warranty and if its not covered by warranty then to call the insurance company and was headstrong that I don’t owe them for this cost. Again a wasted trip to Stuttgart. When I finally got the car back it looked like they had left it outside for weeks. I was very disappointed. TERRIBLE customer service. Overall took over 3 months to get a bumper cover painted on the car…

DONOT take your valued Porsche to this shop. I live closer to Havana Cuba than Miami. When I was rear ended I wanted my car repaired by a Porsche Certified Shop. I had the car flat bedded nearly 200 miles to Stuttgart International. When the car was«complete» I paid to have the car shipped back to me. When my car arrived the rear spoiler was bent. Stuttgart claims it was not on the original estimate so they did not fix it. The insurance company claims that Stuttgart should have told them it needed to be fixed so they could have added it. The bottom line is I have to now pay over $ 1200 to ship my car round trip to a Porsche Certified Collision Center or take two days off work and rent a car to drive it up there because no one was smart enough to recognize that the spoiler was bent. I filed a complaint with Porsche because this is a «Porsche Certified» shop. Porsche was no help because Stuttgart claims they will fix it if I bring the car back to them. Long story short their mistake is costing me $$$$ and they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake.

I took my three month old 991 Porsche to them because some A-hole backed into the rear bumper. The paint match and body work was like the factory. There was initially a problem with the rear badging(some many badges on the 991(PORSCHE with 911 Carrera S). But Maurice was terrific. He got the car badging perfect after a few tries. It wasn’t his fault that it did not happen right away. Porsche doesn’t offer a p;roper template to the dealers for perfect alignment like at the factory. I would highly recommend them.
