Swap Shop Drive In

Came here to watch Deadpool with my son. It’s a drive in movie theater. Nothing more, nothing less.
The traffic getting in and out was terrible. I was surprised they didn’t hire anyone to direct traffic. The screens were okay. Not brand new, but not falling apart. Sound quality was good on the car radio.
They had 1 person working the concession stand on a busy Valentine’s night. The lady was slow and grumpy. Food quality is typical of a theater. Junk food, fried foods, pop corn, and sodas. They serve beer too.
The place definitely needs some good management and maybe some money invested into the aesthetics.
But it’s a drive in theater, you pay $ 7, kids under 5 are free. Sit in your own comfy car. Take your shoes off. Bring a blanket and your own snacks. And enjoy a movie without people interrupting as they go to the bathroom or check their cell phones. Not a bad deal.

When I came here when I was little this place was always packed, had good food, and a great atmosphere. Now this place is a dying drive in with stale popcorn which is also over priced, loud people, and the screens are old too. This place has so much potential to be a popular drive in once more… just needs new management I guess.
