Top Notch Barber Shop

Great group of guys… all of them are very talented and skilled. I would recommend this place and any of the barbers for people looking for a spot that does beards and haircuts for $ 10.

Truly a hidden gem as far as a barbershop. Just went there on a whim loved it. Only $ 10 for a hair cut, I was able to leave a 50% tip and pay for the hair cut for the price of a great clips haircut itself. I had David who I would highly recommend I told him what I was looking for and was able to do it no problem. He also is an entertaining guy made the time pass quickly. 5 stars easy!!!

Great hair cuts but there usually a wait, be great if they could make appointments, but I’ve been coming here for a few years, because my barber does a great job everytime.

I have been getting my hair cut here for about 3 years now, and continue to come here even after moving away from Davie.
You will be hard pressed to find a time where Top Notch is not packed, but that should be telling of the quality of work they provide. Any at only $ 10 it is hard to beat.
I received cuts from 5 different barbers who work here and I have yet to be disappointed. While my cut has not changed too much over the years, I can tell these guys are not limited to one style, as you would see if you look around at the other chairs on any given day.
The guys in the first two chairs are welcoming. As you walk in they make sure to ask who you would like to see, or if you prefer first available. I have been to shops where you walk in and no one acknowledges your presence (forcing you to interrupt a man with tattoos and a sharp blade. Not fun).
Bonus tip for people who get out of work late: they may be listed as open till 8pm, but typically close the doors around 7:30pm, so plan accordingly!

Great haircuts always busy but still not a bad wait to get a haircut everyone there does a great job and I’ve been going every week since they opened.

Honest review. Great barber shop! Lopez, Castro and Taylor always on point with their cuts. I’m partial to my barbers in Brooklyn, NY, my home town, but living in Florida for just over a year now and going through several barber shops, Lopez and crew remind me of back home. They are professional, friendly and courteous. They’re genuinely concerned about satisfying their customers. Fades, tape-​ups, whatever, I observe this crew put out Top Notch cuts. No pun intended. If you like a tight clean cut, try them out, your going to like the way you look.

This barber shop in downtown Davie is often packed for a reason. They give precision hair cuts at an unbelievable price ($ 10/​men $ 8/​kids!). I don’t know a thing about men’s hair styles, but even when I take my 2 boys by myself and I don’t even know what to ask for, the barbers there still do a phenomenal job!
I would just recommend going at an «off» hour” to avoid a long wait. They do not take appointments. Each stylist has their own hours.

Without a doubt the best barbershop in central Broward (I’m talking the Davie, cooper city, plantation or sunrise area). I’ve had haircuts from Lopez (owner), Castro & Taylor and each has never messed up once. My cuts are only $ 10 plus a tip and my kids’ cuts are $ 8 plus tip. Great prices for great cuts

Why is it in the run up to a vacation you can never find the time for basic things, like a haircut? The trip had started so I turned to Unilocal to find a rec, which turned out to be TNBC.
The guy opening was a bit late but not too late. There were three of us waiting when he opened the door. He worked on each of us quickly but with skill and eventually his partners showed up and the other people that had shown up were quickly taken care of.
I had a good trim and now will be able to get my ears properly sunburned on this trip.
If you want a bunch of pampering TNBC is not for you. If you want a good cut for an excellent price it is.
