The entire staff is always personable, professional and extremely friendly. Peter delivers A+ expertise and always performs quality work. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my bike. Andres and the rest of the team are also always on the spot and take care of any issue I have right away. Great job guys, and thank you for treating me like a valued customer every visit.

This is the best bike shop in Fort Lauderdale, hands down. My husband and I both purchased extremely expensive electric bicycles a couple of years ago from a store in Fort Lauderdale (I will not say their name, but it is electric…). We loved the bikes, but the service was horrifying. We finally got to the point where we decided that we would rather let the bikes be broken than to step foot in their store. One day we decided to bring his electric bike to Trek to get it serviced. Even though they were pretty new at working on electric bikes, they accepted it and did the service. While there, I saw a bike that I absolutely fell in love with and I convinced my husband to buy it for my birthday. It was not electric, but Peter agreed to transfer the motor and all parts to the new bike. It turned out AMAZING! They spent all day transferring the motor and had it ready to go in a day. Peter and the staff did an incredible job on the bike and now service the bikes for us and our friends. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially Peter, for taking the time to make our bikes so great and for taking such incredible care of us!

I’m updating my review because the energy around my experience with Trek of Fort Lauderdale isn’t good and I don’t want to be part of any more negative energy generated by my Trek relationship.
Let’s just say, since 2013 I haven’t had very good experiences w this store after giving them repeated chances. I’m uncertain the owner even wants to deliver a good experience. If he does I honestly hope he figures out what it takes to provide others w an enjoyable bike sales and service experience and learns how to be take responsibility when his staff fails to perform.

I just got my non trek bike repaired by Peter, who went above and beyond! He not just fixed my bike back to perfection, but while he fixed it, he found and fixed things I oversaw. Like how I installed my own brakes on backwards:-\ Thanks again Peter! I’ll always have my repairs done at Trek Fort Lauderdale!

I only went in looking for a Trek Kit… Not a huge selection but I still found one I like… Friendly service, prices are what you would pay at any other store… Probably could have found it a little cheaper online but I will always go out my way to support store front bicycle shops…

This is an excellent bicycle shop. Very customer oriented.
I bought a bike from them in November. Free tune-​ups for a year. I put 4000 miles on it since I bought it. A couple spokes broke and they covered it under warranty. Trek was taking forever to okay the claim so they changed out the spokes free of charge until Trek sends them a new wheel. And they have me a discount on a new tire

Purchased my bike about a year and a half ago and their service was excellent. Now I have come in a few times for a few minor adjustments and to upgrade parts here and there. Each and every time I come in their service is fantastic. They back up their products and many times they will take care of my minor repairs or adjustments immediately. I am a stickler for service and these guys provide the best.

After my previous review I was contacted by the store managers. I am upgrading my review because of their prompt attention and efforts to correct the issues.

This store is absolutely amazing and then some! Beautiful layout, fast and friendly customer service, way more than I expected! Soon as I stepped in I was tended to immediately. A sure plus seeing that I was in such of a rush. Had a cycling date that evening and my bloody chain came off that morning. Thanks to Trekstore and a lad named Pete, I believe, my night was fantastic! She wants a second date and I’ll be sure to give that place a second visit!

I’m a novice cyclist but the team at Trek were friendly and very helpful with picking out the right bike without trying to upsell.
I can’t say enough about Jose who went out of his way to set the bike up for me and share much of his knowledge of the sport.
I strongly recommend you ask for Jose when you go in.

I was initially a little intimated going in but Joshua was really great. I showed him what I wanted, my budget, and talked to him about my needs & he helped find me the perfect bike in my budget. He even helped me try different bikes to find the right fit for me (I’m super short). I had brakes installed and great service from all the guys there and never felt condescended to. Carlos, Jose, Bret and everyone there I didn’t name but interacted with were so friendly and patient with me. I definitely recommend Trek

Really killer store. The shop is clean and modern and every time I’ve stopped in I couldn’t ask for better service. I can talk bikes for hours, and usually ask a few questions just out of curiosity. Their employees are always enthusiastic about answering my questions and helping me out with gear or equipment I need.
As for price, yeah it’s high but it’s Trek!

Went in on Fathers Day this year to dive in and get a quality bike and start biking /​working out. The manager, forgot his name, introduced me to Jose, one of the associates, and the the in-​depth convo started.
He asked me all about what my goals were and budget and made it a very comfortable conversation. I am little chatty, if you couldn’t tell, and handled it very well. He wasn’t pushy or rushing me in any way and even encouraged me to try multiple bikes. It was fun.
In the end I’m a few weeks into owning this beautiful bike, 100+ miles, and going into my first critical mass on Wednesday. Im excited.
They did a great job. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

Great store with good customer service. Nice staff and very helpful. Not a problem for any level of rider to visit and ask «inexperienced» questions. Staff is very happy to help.

Jeff was very friendly and full of information. He simplified the road bike purchase experience and didn’t overwhelm me with info. The store is organized and clean.
Treks are beautiful bikes, but pricey. I ended up buying from Performance Bicycle so I get lifetime adjustments on my bike and the bike was much cheaper with the same components.
