Uniform Advantage

I came in to stock up on some extra work attire. I’ve been in before and always had a very pleasant experience so I figured it would be no different. As you pull in the lot there is ample parking so that’s never an issue. When you walk in the ladies always welcome you with a nice greeting are quick to ask if you need help and guide you to the areas of clothing you are looking for. Today they were so very helpful, I needed two different color tops and they pulled them right away for me rather me sift through the rows of racks. They then guided me to a fitting room. The fitting rooms are rather small and the doors don’t really close well but that was fine. The thing I didn’t like was no where to set your phone, clothes ECT. No chair or no small bench. After trying on the scrubs I needed I checked out and asked for a medical professional discount and she had no problem giving me the 10%,. Though not much but every dollar counts.
My entire experience was quite nice, no attitude no issues. I’m glad to have this location near by and hope they stay…

Brianna is the worst sales person I’ve dealt with in a long time. I have had to come here now 4 times to get a pair of shoes for work. First visit– she couldn’t help me or be bothered answering questions because her and the other sales associate were complaining about their jobs and wanting to apply at Panera because Panera pays more and the people are nice. I left. Second visit the next day she couldn’t wait on me because she was texting– again I left… Third visit there was a manager there so I confronted Brianna in from of the manager and of course she tried back peddling the whole time and the manger kinda laughed, I got my shoes and had all my questions answered properly. Now being a Unilocaler and enjoying dealing with people I thought and thought about the level of customer service. Today I went to go return my shoes because I work hard for my money and REFUSE to spend it and be mistreated! Guess who is there BRIANNA– she walks over and says «Oh your the jerk that told my boss I was applying at Panera» my reply «Yes– looks like they didn’t like you, huh» so the manager I’ve been dealing with for 3 years walked over and says «Hi Nina how are you» So we chatted for a second and she stated «what’s wrong you never return anything how can I help» so dumb dumb Brianna kept her mouth running and I explained I was very sorry and I needed to return the shoes because of the level of customer service and reassured her I will never shop in this store again– Id rather drive to Siberia then shop here! Go somewhere else to spend your money! The uniform store at festival flea market is 3 times the size and the people who work in there are super smart and super nice and he’ll seriously SOO much cheaper I’m blown away! And Brianna if you are reading this YOU WILL NEVER GO FAR IN LIFE UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR SHITTY ATTITUDE!
