Fabulous experience. We are Savvy 60’s and this store was only one that answered their phone! Greeted warmly immediately. Fabulous assistance, kind, knowledgeable, professional assistance from Matt Albers, and Manager Ryan Williams was outstanding. They TRY to save you $$$$! Even if not interested in Verison, Definitely GO

I came in here today with a pretty complicated order for replacing my phone. I needed to switch upgrade dates with my brother to get a better deal on my new phone and our family plan is in my father’s name who lives in California. I also needed a very specific phone to make appointments and keep track of things for work. And on top of all those circumstances the store’s computers were also down from the thunderstorm. Despite all this I got instant service as soon as I walked through the door had all my paperwork signed, phone plans switched, and my dream phone turned on with a sufficient charge in under twenty minutes and also got a great tutorial on how to most effectively use the phone. I strongly suggest going to Diego he was great!!!

I purchased a battery charger for my iPhone 6 for $ 50 from this location. The gentleman who sold it to me informed me their return policy was excepting only with a receipt which I have. After I got home I quickly noticed that the backup battery charger was only charging my phone up to 30%. I came back to the store on Monday and requested an exchange or refund. The manager on duty Giovaughn Anglin refused to take the product back and told me that I can deal with the warranty exchange from the brand company. After speaking with the brand company they told me that there is there should be no problem with me exchanging or returning it at local store. At this point I called back to the retailer, and demanded that he do the exchange or refund. Displeased with his attitude I asked to be transferred to the manager at which point he told me that he does not even live in the state. I told him I bought this product from you two days ago and it is defective please take it back or I will write a review on Unilocal.He told me «I don’t care» so here it is.
