As you know, there are not many hills here in South Florida. This is a good place to go if you are a runner and you want to do hill work. I actually started running there, before it became a park. There are paved and trail hills here at Vista View park which was once a yard waste dump 20+ years ago. If you have children, there is a very large playground that they will love. The park also has a fitness station circle loop course. Enjoy!
