Steve, one of the owners, is amazing! He is a foodie, like myself, and I am amazed by his creations! Unfortunately, they closed down this location about 7 months ago. However, they have another location at Pembroke!

Unofrtunately, I went to this location after purchasing a $ 5 for $ 10 deal only to find out this location was closed. I made contact with someone from the Pines location which answered and informed me that there is renovation going on the location will be closed for a few months. This was very disappointing especially being they are offering a deal that people have to pay for that they are not able to use. For these reasons I am giving this location a 1 star. I love the Waffy chain and the waffles, but not this situation.

You get what you pay for. Cheap food, quality taste. Not amazing but not disgusting.

Not bad, I was visiting from New York and was told they were similar to waffles and dinges but they don’t even compare. The dough was very heavy and dense, and it took a pretty long time to make the two waffles. There’s barely any place to sit around the stand. They are ok if you want a snack while you walk around the mall but not worth going out of your way specifically for that. For a place that specializes in waffles, definitely not good.

First of all I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world so I love Belgian Waffles. I first had some in New York, and living in SoFla places like these are not easy to come by. This Waffys is located in the Galeria mall so it really isn’t that close to me but every time I’m in the area best believe I’m trying to get my Waffys fix! The waffles here are just as good as the ones I had in New York. The waffle itself is very tasty and sweet as expected. They have numerous toppings to add but I always go with the Nutella. When you order the waffle they make it fresh for you in the waffle maker(the dough is pre-made). If your a fan of Belgian Waffles this place will definitely fulfill your cravings. Only thing it’s a little pricey, but not too outrageous.

Don’t buy the waffle fries here!!! They are straight up Ore-Ida waffle fries, the kind you buy at the grocery store in the red bag. We ordered a Belgian waffle and decided to splurge and order the«exotic waffle» fries as well. You can imagine our horror as we saw the guy grab an Ore-Ida bag from the freezer and rip it open. It was too late. We just stared with our mouths gaping. The Belgian waffle on the other hand was a sweet snack we needed to keep us going. It was a bit dense, but freshly prepared. I appreciate that they offer something different from the regular mall pretzel. Although mall pretzels are still awesome. We still laugh about their waffle fries every couple of months.

Waffy’s seemed like a GOOOOD idea at the time! Tons of Nutella jars ADORN their stand — so I just had to try it! This is one of the biggest food let downs ever — especially since it involved my beloved Nutella! The waffle itself is too, too sweet. The sweetness gets really overwhelming after a while. Sadly, oh so sadly, they don’t put enough Nutella on your waffle. Very, very, very disappointing. My BF didn’t finish his haha! Thanks to this I had to eat the rest of his«wawful»(awful waffle) — otherwise we would both burn in Hell for wasting food! They also sell savory wawfuls. We didn’t try these but it seems they are popular. I sure hope their savory wawful offerings are not made with the same sickeningly sweet ones. By the way, Waffy’s is a wawfully creative name for a food stand, really… There are a few spots to sit on either side of the stand. The nice employee that attended us asked if we liked the waffles. We said, «yes». Sometimes you just have to lie. This Waffy’s is inside an indoor mall which has a large parking structure.

Looks like they have added back some of the non-dessert waffles. I used to eat at Waffy’s almost every time we went to the mall. Then they dropped their non-dessert waffles from the menu and I quit eating there. Sort of got out of the habit. Now that the savory waffles are back, I might give them another try. Glad to see them.(I can’t have the dessert waffles.)

catered into the office with the dude hand making to order your waffles… delicious light fresh, amazing! I highly enjoyed it and thought it was great and much different than normal panera catering for lunch. salmon was dope, dessert crêpe, you cant go wrong!

I am so glad I stopped by this place while in Florida. A little tucked away in the mall food court, this place is absolutely amazing. I tried the Tuna and the Club and it just about blew my socks off. They are anything but your typical waffle and by far better than any other food court restaurant I have ever tried. The waffle’s were crisp. I asked the owner and they said that they saw the review from Irene and changed the way they cooked them. Super healthy toppings and super delicious food. I will be going here anytime I am in the area. The owner also told me that they are getting ready to franchise so hopefully they open one up in Chicago!

I love Belgian waffles so I was super excited when I found a place that claims to specialize in them! This place is located inside the Town Center Mall food court. The display waffles all look delicious, they have an amazing variety of toppings, and everything is so affordable(my fav is the waffle combo– any Belgian waffle + sugar waffle + drink for $ 8.90). And their toppings are GREAT — they really pile it on(no skimping here!) and the fruit is always fresh. So why the 3 stars? Well, because first off, the waffles are really hit-or-miss. They keep premade piles of them on racks and heat them up after you order. So the taste kind of depends on your timing– maybe you’ll order right after they make a fresh batch. I’d say for every 3 waffles I buy here, I probably get one amazing one, one mediocre, and one just terrible and stale. But hey, the suspense is half of the fun, right? You never know what you’re gonna get — kinda like Russian Roulette but with much lower bets. :) The other thing is Belgian waffles are supposed to be light and fluffy, but these, even on their good days, are NEVER light and fluffy. Maybe airy and crunchy would be a better description, which would be fine if they didn’t claim to serve authentic Belgian waffles. I personally am a bigger fan of their small sugar waffles, which remind me of the awesome, dense ‘gofres’ in Barcelona.
