Burger King

The wait for your food is incredibly long, even though I’m the only one in there. You can order 3 large onion rings and you only get one sauce for free.

I gave 2 stars because the food is your typical Burger King fare. But the other reviews are not exaggerating about how long it takes to receive your food. It’s been a really long time since I’ve been inside so o can’t speak on that, but the drive through is ridiculously slow. The food has always been hot when I got it but those wait times are no joke. The employees are nice enough though.

I don’t think it’s fun to bash an establishment because of 1 bad experience but this place is out of control.
The overall building is not bad. Nice looking décor. Seating area has a TV (see others photos) with news on. Separate drink bar and condiment bar. And generally the food with keep you alive it appears eatable.
HOWEVER
as others have stated this place is so slow. Example from tonight I ordered a #2 combo lrg w/​mocha frappé and 2 honey mustard crispy wraps. Cashed out at 6:34pm order received at 6:46pm. Doesn’t seem long but that’s 12 mins. Noone was in line in front of me (not busy) imagine if they had been busy. Not a bad lobby as I said but it is rarely maintained probably because they makes it clear that they don’t give a crap.
Funny– when the chicken came out of the deep fryer I watched the employee instantly grab a chicken with her hand and burn herself. Tongs = for sanitation and safety.

Dude … it’s Burger King. What’s your problem?
Why even review this chain? And, what did you expect anyway?
Well, the trouble is that this is worst fast food establishment I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in my whole life.
Cold food? Check.
Trashed everything (tables, beverage dispenser, latrine, et al.)? Check.
Employees who appear to be dumber than mentally disabled monkeys fucking an American-​football? Check.
Check. Check. Check.
I once witnessed someone place an order at the counter for a simple combo — I cannot recall if it was me or some other asshole — like, a number-​one or three or some shit. The guy at the counter — a full grown man — turned around to see what it was on the overhead menu. I should have left then and never come back.
The personnel at the DFAC are bona fide geniuses by mere contrast.
The first time I patronised this shitshow here they gave me fries so cold, I wondered if I was being punked. The truth is: I was on Fort Lee. We got punked a long time ago.
Run. Run away now. AWOL is your only way out. Do it, Warrior.
Postscript. They didn’t even carry the Pride Burger. Fucking homophobes.

Slowest service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. That’s all that needs to be said lol. If you have no other option yea go there, not bad food… just horrible service.

Look, I know you’re thinking– Burger King, it can’t be that bad, right? Well, this one is-​that bad. I’ll start with the service. The term «Military Brat» comes to mind when at any one point, you can watch one of these ‘employees” openly complain about their senior NCO parent making them «work there» because they need to «learn responsibility» and name drop their father «is the CSM of —- and I don’t have to take this». Cool, however I came to order a #1, light on the teen angst.
Secondly, for the home of the Culinary Center of Excellence, these employees don’t know the meaning of the danger zone of temperatures for foods. Does my Whopper have to be a cool 68 degrees core temp for it to be served to me? 40 – 140 degrees is the safe range for food temperatures, I suspect they are not using the flame broil grill to cook this food.
Thirdly, don’t try to order food between 0900 – 1900, ever unless you want to wait with literally no less than 30 junior-​enlisted students (read: same age as employees) too busy with their cell phones and hands in their pockets to place an order with any semblance of intelligence.
In summary– You will leave with a sense of under-​cooked disappointment and a newly lost respect for the military and if that’s having it your way– you can go choke on a Super Seven Incher as I will never eat there again.

The absolute worse BK I have ever been to on an Military installation. The quality of food is below one star and downright disgusting. If you choose to use the drive-​through, you will be wasting time and fuel. I spent almost 25 mins waiting for my food in the drive through and I was the only car there! Pathetic! Well I didn’t pay and drove off in disgust…
Most if not all of the employees that I have seen working there are either some senior officer or NCO’s kid or huge fat ass deathly obese rude loud sheboons who when stand in the drive through window, block the entire view behind them. All of the rude, ignorant and clearly uneducated employees that work at this BK bring shame to FT Lee.
It is clear that there is no oversight from BK corporate levels that are even aware of the piss poor service this BK provides to troops and their families. If this BK was located off-​post, it would probably be shut down.
My advice is to stay away from this BK on FT. Lee unless you like to be served by ignorant children who were made to work there by their senior ranking parents or obese uneducated monkeys who scream and joke about their worthless life.
