Amazing! The best $ 40 I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend this place. My masseuse was sunny and she was amazing. I get massages a lot and honestly this was the best shiatsu massage I’ve ever had. The place is clean, the people are friendly and you get your money’s worth.

My boyfriend and I got the $ 29 groupon. We took an appointment and after making us wait for twenty minutes they started the massage. The massage was great and they did a good job however it was far from peaceful and masseuses kept taking amongst themselves. But the worst part was the end when we paid a 20% tip (would have been 25−30% had they not been so chatty or kept interrupting and getting up during a «timed» massage. When I tipped them gave the most sarcastic laugh which really pissed me off. Reading other reviews I’m just glad I’m not alone.

Made the appointment day before during valentines weekend for couples massage. Wasn’t willing to accept the groupon or Unilocal 10% off deal but offered $ 40 for 70 minutes. It was a good deal so I took it. The appt was on time but this is where it goes downhill… They never asked if we had any injuries and I suffer from knee problems, the indoor building layout makes it hard to relax. You hear outside noise from cars honking and the spa phone ringing and waking back and forth. No privacy when changing since the hallway is right next to the massage rDuring my massage, the lady kept stopping and stepped away during my massage then someone else stepped in for her (with cold hands) until she returned. The massage however was delightful. The only reason for the 2 stars. The bathroom had no hand soap only hand sanitizer. Due to the interruptions I took off from the tip. Won’t come back here again.

The other day i went with my wife for a nice body massage. Everything went perfect, until it came time to tip. Apparently, 25% tip, is a percentage to make faces and ask: «is this for both of you!!!»
Now they lost weekly costumer.

Don’t go here — I made a 7:30 PM appt telling them on the phone I had a groupon that I had purchased the same day. I brought the paper voucher with me and arrived 5 min early; the receptionist and the owner went back and forth for 15 minutes about the groupon while I sat and waited. The owner told me to call Groupon because the voucher number was not active and that it happens all the time. I called Groupon, but the automated system told me it would be an hour wait to speak to a representative. The owner wanted me to pay the regular price and come back another day to use the groupon after I worked it out with them. I left and went down the street to pay regular price at another place and got the groupon refunded the next day — complete waste of time, save yourself the aggravation.

Purchase 1 hour massage for $ 29.00 threw Groupon, I called Eden Spa to book a massage and mentioned that I have a Groupon Voucher. The lady told me that I can come in anytime. Before I hang up she told me that next time not to purchase threw Groupon as the price is the same if you go there to pay. I have a lady name Lucy that gave me the massage. The massage was just ok comparable to other massage places that I have been. There are at least around 5 massage places in Fort lee Main street. The reason why I only gave Eden spa only two stars is that Lucy gave me an attitude and a sarcastic smirk and laugh after I gave her $ 15.00 tip. Beware future customers they will embarrass you if you do not give them more tip than they deserve.

I just got this Groupon as a gift. It was very easy to get the appointment — when i got there they were very nice to me.
I got a male masseuse name John, he was really good — i had the deep massage and it was very effective. I really recommend this place and John.

This place WAS really good until it just changed ownership this past month. My usual two girls were fired as were most of the ladies I heard. They will not honor the old stamped cards (buy 10, get 1 free massage) and I was up to my 7^th one. They increased the price by increasing the time which was not a big deal to me. My new girl’s skills was pretty decent – not the best but overall a ⁷⁄₁₀. Her greeting me in the beginning was borderline rude and not accommodating but her attitude turned sour after I tipped her 25% of the fee. What was she expecting?!! Wow. She acted like I tipped her horribly. Never will return again.

The first time I visited, I was pleased with my $ 35 1 hr deep tissue massage with Jeney despite a number of interruptions/​distractions. I thought it was weird and rough to receive a dry massage through the sheet that covered my body (she used no oil nor cream) but I figured that, by eliminating certain costs, that’s how they keep the price is so low. The massage was very thorough, deep, and effective so I left a $ 10 (~30%) tip and scheduled another appointment for the following week. My second visit was a total bust. The room temperature was ice cold. There were more interruptions during the massage. I could hear what was going on with the customer in an adjacent massage room. The massage therapist left the door open twice so my rear end was exposed the first time and my breasts the second time. The deep tissue massage was weak and Jeney couldn’t speak enough English to understand any of my efforts to communicate. She had to bring someone else in the room to translate. I decided to leave a 15% tip ($ 5) this time and the cashier had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy. She called Jeney to the front desk, who left her next customer for a second time. I told Jeney that the first massage was great but not the second massage. Jeney still commanded a $ 10 tip and the cashier pressed to charge me $ 50 including tip on the tax. All the while, they couldn’t understand what I was saying because they don’t speak English very well. Frustrated, I gave up and tipped ~30% again even though it was undeserved. It’s the principle. I’ve always given people in service positions at restaurants, salons, etc. a minimum of 15% tip. You get what you pay for and you are tipped for how hard you work. Needless to say, I will return to places like Massage Envy if I want a no-​frills reasonably-​priced massage.

So I was really looking forward to getting a nice massage in this place. But it never happened. This place is shady. The owner/​manager is an idiot. She was the one who is supposed to do my massage cuz I requested for a female. I got in the room, took my clothes off, and put the blanket over me, and waited for her. She came in and stared doing my massage, but I noticed that She DID NOT SHUT THE DOOR. She was gonna give me a full body massage while the door was open. So I asked her about it, and she said she needed to hear if someone was coming in. First of all, the doors did not go all the way up
To the ceiling, so she would’ve heard people come in even if the door was shut. Second of all, if people did come in, they’d be able to see directly inside the room. it’s really inappropriate that the door was open while I was naked. I told her that it was very inappropriate and she just brushed me off and insisted on keeping the door open. I was taken aback And decided to leave and go to another place down the street called dreamworks spa. Let me tell you DREAM WORKS SPA IS FAR BETTER.
I just cannot believe how idiotic this woman is to think that it’s OKAY to leave the door open. I mean seriously?!?

Eden so much better than S&L.very clean space and quiet.
This spot a must !!! Same cost!
Went back tonight 8÷21÷14 knocked down my four stars now two owner has become rude.
As for foot massage she said I’m booked she sat down the place empty …

The newest arrival in Fort Lee, Eden Spa is well worth trying. An appointment is recommended as weekends are busy although the spa is already expamding to accomodate the demand. The cleanest and most welcoming of any found in the area. The background music enhances the relazing experience and the massage is performed in the most professional manner and each masseuse is well trained and pleasant.
As one who has received massages for over 20 years in high quality spas in Asian, European and Mexican countries, I appreciate a good deep tissue massage and recognize one who can give a good massage. Nancy is the manager and runs a clean, friendly & honest spa. I highly recommend both Cindy and Tina at Eden Spa.
