My eye still hurts after couple hours later… Today was my first visit @ Lululash. Never going back. I asked for round shape. As for quantity of lashes, I asked for her expert opinion and she advised 90 lashes on each eye. From the start, she didn’t use hand sanitizer before lash application. No eye patch, just soft adhesive tape and taped the strip of lash on my forehead. First of all, most lash salons use eye patches to protect the eyes and cover the forehead with medical mask. She taped the soft adhesive tape too close to my eye. ITHURT!!! I told her my eyes are burning. She said that’s fine the glue will dry… Lady, it’s not suppose to burn! My right eye was worse, kept burning and stinging, all she said it’s fine. My eye kept moving because it hurt. She told me to stop but I can’t. It’s a natural reaction. Then it started to tear… Which is not a good during application. She’s definitely not professional for someone who’s been doing this over«10» years. She talked on her cell phone while having me lay down and wait. It was a personal conversation. AND she kept sighing and letting out heavy sighs down on my face. Gross! Kept saying how my lashes are so damaged and I got my lash extensions done at mediocre places… My lashes shouldn’t be like this and they would be in a better condition if she did my lashes… BLAHBLAH. The owner of the facial came over and made comments on my lashes… Keep your comments to yourself or wait until I leave… Like, «wow! She’s getting long length. She doesn’t have much lashes and they’re so brittle…» I couldn’t relax during this entire process. The technician kept asking me to hold down my lid or pull down this way. She only used one tweezer. A real professional use two tweezers for two hands. She pulled, tugged, and stretched my eyes and eyelids. Oh she also scratched my face with the pointy tweezer. To top it off, she said its so difficult to do my lashes because they’re so damaged. Hmmm that’s funny because Tatiana(Fabulash) and Jessica(SY Lashes) didn’t have any problems. I miss them! After all that, I asked how much. It was $ 60 after 50% new customer discount. I paid her in cash $ 100 and asked for change. As she hands me my change, she tells me that doesn’t include tip. I responded I’m not giving you any tip. I told her my right eyes till hurts and I’m not satisfied. Seriously don’t go here. Looks like I paid for lashes that needs refill. I see my own lashes that she could have glued on more lash extensions. Total waste of my time and money. Always do due diligence via Unilocal. There’s a reason why there’s only 1 review before mine at this place. She’s only opened less than 1 year. It figures!

I’ve been going the Esther for years now and she has been amazing. I followed her here from her d salon. I’ve gotten my lashes done from a lot of different places and I can honestly say I always come back to Esther. Hers don’t fall out quickly, they don’t look like straggley fingers. And the glue she uses doesn’t burn or sting and doesn’t damage my other lashes. It takes about an hour for full set and it’s worth the money. I will post a better picture soon. This is only one from the last time I had them done. And this was probably after two weeks of having them. Go to her — you won’t be disappointed.
