Michael Eric Rosenberg, MD

This was my first visit to Dr Rosenberg. I was able to get a Saturday appointment the day before. I was taken on time. Everyone was friendly. The doctor was pleasant, helpful, and addressed my problem quickly while reassuring me I’ll be back next week for an eye test !

The doctors and staff are great! Parking is really easy in the lot and the wait was short. I went in recently becuase I had something going on with my eye. I thought I knew what it was but wan’t sure and had to travel for work and didn’t want anythng to get out of control while I was away. They got me in first thing the next morning and I was in and out there so fast I doubt anyone in the office even noticed I had a doctor’s appointment that morning because I still beat in most of my coworkers.
The exam was quick but thorough and I got the eye drops I needed to make my eyes feel better. Overall very happy to know about them and I’ll continue to go in the future for any eye health needs.

Dr. Michael is excellent. He is thorough, calming and caring. His staff is accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone that has need for a very skillful and competent eye surgeon.

I have only been here once so I will update if my experience changes significantly
1.) I called because my eye was bright red — they were able to squeeze me in for an appt a half hr later — wow
2.) Parking — very easy — lot on the side of the building
3.) wait — ten minutes? mb?
4.) Staff — very nice and coureous
5.) Doctor — he was attentive, quick and honest. Though the news I heard wasn’t good, I appreciated hearing it in a direct manner.
In short, I recommend :)

There are many things I hate about going to any medical office.
Here’s a small list:
1. An unnecessarily long wait to see the doctor
2. Rude/​impatient/​uncaring staff
3. Terrible parking/​accessibility from home
4. Doctor sucks
5. Making appointments/​scheduling
None of these were a problem when I went here. The first time coming, I filled out some paperwork which took about one minute. vital information like your name, address, number, etc.
I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes to see the Michael Rosenberg. The medical staff had done the preliminary work before. This is probably what I like the best about this place. They don’t make you wait an eternity for a simple procedure.
The parking has never been a problem for me and I was easily able to reschedule my appointment with the medical staff. One of the best things for me is that they open at 6:30 A.M. so I can go for my appointment then and make it to work with no problem considering the bus stop to the bridge is about 5 minutes away at a snail’s pace walk.
There are a couple of things I want to stress here, NONE of my appointments lasted more than 15 – 20 minutes. I never had to wait longer than 3 minutes to see medical staff or Michael Rosenberg. Lastly, Michael is very professional and courteous towards his patients.
If you do end up waiting, go look at his shrine of degrees, awards, and commendations in the waiting area. I think I saw he was chairman of Hackensack Medical Center’s Department of Ophthalmology. I think he knows what he’s doing.
