Half off boneless wings in a Wednesday night! Loved it, boneless tasted amazing. Although this was my first time there I would definitely come back to try their factory wings. They have an interesting menu: roti tacos, bulgogi pizzas, etc. a variety of different beers and IPAs to select from. This place is definitely a great sports bar with great portioned food. I highly recommend trying this place out. You will get your money’s worth!

This review would be 4 stars, but their service really sucks. All the waitstaff seem like they’ve got some sort of attitude going on and they always manage to miss an item. Several times I’ve seen my food just waiting to be consumed by me, but no waiter to pick it up, especially on slow days. It’s frustrating for a place with such kickass wings. It’s the only reason why I keep going back and it’s honestly the only thing I order. Bone in soy garlic wings. Try them, it’s a 30 minute wait but it is so worth it the skin is so crispy and the inside is so juicy and they aren’t drenched with sauce that makes the skin soggy they somehow managed to make a flavorful crispy wing. Pizzs are also pretty good surprisingly. They have a happy hour special that I love as well. Go for the food and sadly not the service.

Food and the beer selection are great. Servers are super friendly and patient. I always get the boneless buffalo wings. They are the best around in my opinion. Just one minor complaint. It is very standard to provide a side of carrots/celery paired with bleu cheese with wings. Out of the many times that I have been here, I have always had to ask for it after my order of boneless wings arrives at the table without them. Can’t go wrong here. Burgers, fries, wings, etc… everything is always really yummy!

Best hangout in fort lee! They have amazing food there in really affordable prices plus great selection of beer. The stuff is friendly and helpful and the owner is the nicest person ever! The wings are crazy good of course, but the truffle French fries are beyond amazing and super addictive, mussels in spice sauce were just perfect.

The wings here are delicious, especially the factory soy garlic and spicy soy garlic wings. However, the service here sucks. I’ve been here about 4 times before, and I don’t know if it’s the servers, under-staffing, or just bad management, but be prepared to be ignored. Not only do the food and beers take way too long(our tables waited over 30 mins for our beers), but tonight they messed up my order of wings(gave me traditional instead of boneless), took an empty beer mug – we were going to use – off of our table without asking, and even overcharged us $ 22 on the final bill. Overall, the spot is great for its wings, but try to avoid dining here on holidays, weekends, or pretty much any time.

The chicken wings =great. Galbi burger =very good. Truffle fries =good. Beer choices =great. Ambiance =good. Customer Service =good. I like their booth seating and dining al fresco weather permitting. Food came out within reasonable time even when it was relatively busy. Appropriate amount of attentiveness from staff.

Have been here numerous times. They have TVs lined up all along the back of the bar, so it’s a good place to chill and watch some sports with your buddies. Beer selection is always pretty wide and rotates routinely. If the bubbly stuff is not your thing, they do have a limited but decent selection on the browns. However, the food here is a bit of a downer. They have got the whole Korean fusion thing going on within the menu. They’re not bad, just nothing special… That tends to be the case with most fusion ventures in my opinion. Considering that it’s ultimately just a bar and not a restaurant, I suppose that aspect is not truly a fault. Just something to note. Come for the atmosphere. I usually go eat elsewhere consider the food offering within the area.

I’ve been here when my friend needed a bite to eat and we just needed a few drinks. I like the atmosphere at this bar. It’s very open as opposed to feeling crowded in there. The service seemed fine when we first got there, but then drifted onto a steady decline. At one point, we weren’t even sure of who our server was because the original just disappeared and a new guy closed our checks with us. My friend ordered the Fish Tacos, and spoke highly of them. I had my eye on the kimchi quesadilla. The drink specials here are pretty good. We actually ordered a few shots of Fireball, which for the day we went, were on special.

Aaaand back down it goes. With many changes made to the menu, vegetarian options are now slim to none. Womp womp. I guess they weren’t selling, but I’m still butthurt about it. Hmph! Went the other night and ordered a side of veggies and blue cheese. This time around the blue cheese tasted like sour cream. Consistency is key but it seems Wing Factory is constantly trying to reinvent itself. Service was okay. Beer selection is still good. Looks like I might be sticking to their rival down the street from now on, though.

This is a my go-to spot with my boyfriend and his family. This is where you can catch a game, catch up with some friends and throw back some beer(their selection is pretty great). The only downfall on my review is their service. You must try the Factory wings — which are by far the best wings you’ll eat + a mini heart attack. I’m just kidding on the later, but I’m sure they’re not the healthiest either(but who really cares when you’re eating wings). They are double fried, tossed in either the spicy or soy garlic sauce. Both are very good, but we always stick with the spicy(and request to make them spicier!). Their fish taco’s are pretty good, but I would choose a different type of fish(believe it was cod, versus a mahi or tilapia taco which would have added better texture). The slaw is something we always order, because it cuts the fried food you’re inhaling, and it’s very fresh — it’s not the creamy kind! There have been several occasions where service is only sub-par. For a place with great food, it definitely is a shame. There have been times where we ordered beers and drinks and it takes 15 – 20 minutes to get it, or they complete forget. Other times we have never gotten checked in on by a server and it impossible to get a servers attention(mind you, there are a handful of waiters working). If it wasn’t for the wings I wouldn’t be back here as often as I do, but the service lacks.

I have been to NY Wing Factory so many times and even through i love the wings, the service is always disappointing. It is not busy to the point where you forget to bring plates or place drink orders in, but it has consistently happened to me. I just hope management corrects this problem. The views expressed are of my own and are my true personal experience at this establishment. My personal experience may not reflect this actual establishment, their quality or someone else’s experience at the establishment.

Went here on a Sunday to order wings for take out. The place smelled like ripe bananas and not very clean. Took exactly 24 minutes for a small order to come out. Meanwhile there were 4 waitresses standing next to the register and only 3 tables of patrons. Ordered half hot/medium and got all hot. Wings were not to my liking.

I used to come here when I worked in Fort Lee. I actually was given a going away party from that job here, which was a good thing because working in Ft Lee and not being Korean there is only so much Korean BBQ or Korean Fried Chicken a dude can eat. This place had some awesome wings. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings IMO. My favorite app to eat though was their crazy nacho dish, which was just unbelievably good, goey and certainly not good for my Chron’s disease, but too good to stop eating. They have great beers on tap. They had Magic Hat #9 which is just awesome as it is so hard to find this on tap anywhere and it is my favorite beer to drink. This is what makes me miss the place most as the bars near my work now do not have it and the one that does only has bottles. *hrmph*. I miss you old NYWF. Good times with Good people. Friendly wait staff and bartenders too,

We tried the soy garlic boneless wings, parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, buffalo shrimp, and bulgogi tacos. They’re better off calling their boneless wings chicken tenders cause that’s basically what they were since they were huge. I thought they tasted okay. Could’ve had more flavor, but meh. The parmesan fries and buffalo shrimp were really good! The sweet potato fries were too, but they came with a «habanero honey» sauce which tasted a bit weird. Sweet with a real kick that lingers on your tongue. One out of five of us liked the sauce, but the rest of us didn’t. I was really excited to try the bulgogi tacos considering how much I LOVE bulgogi beef, but the tacos were huge with only 3 or 4 small pieces of bulgogi in it. I only had 2 – 3 bites out of the whole taco with meat in it, and the rest was just veggies. Service was okay, but no one seems to speak English very well so it was hard to ask them questions. If I’m ever craving wings or good fries, I’ll probably go elsewhere.

Service here was a joke. This review is based solely on drinks with a group of about 8 ppl, no food. We came here late night after Friendsgiving dinner and some drinks at Crown, so we were pleasantly full and buzzed when we walked in. It was about 40% full and not busy at all. There were zero drink menus at our table so I flagged down a server to ask for them. Her response was«let me get your server for you». Another 10 mins go by. Finally get menus. Another 15 mins go by. We ask for water and get the same damn response, «let me get your server for you». We must’ve waited at least 30 mins to put in our first order. Mind you, this place was overstaffed for how many tables there were. I will say that our waitress was very knowledgeable about the drink menu. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve written this place off. Maybe the servers here don’t pool their tips so they don’t give a shit about other tables? Whatever the case is, I did not enjoy my experience. Save yourself some time and don’t ask anyone BUT your server for ANYTHING, bc they will NOT comply. I’ve been a waitress before and know how much it sucks to work the late shift, but c’mon bro. I will not return for drinks but will come back to check out the food again, since the food reviews are great.

I love me some juicy fried wings, so what better spot to try with the name«wing» in it? The wings are pretty freaken amazing, well of course depending on which ones you get. The bone in Spicy Soy Garlic factory wings, which are battered and deep fried twice were my favorite! Perfectly crispy, piping hot, juicy and very fresh! Anything delicious takes time to make, so expect 30minutes for these babies. The traditional wings with angry sauce were ok, definitely very spicy so be prepared, but nothing mind blowing just ordinary wings that took a mere 10 minutes to come out. The fries are pretty good, crispy and you get a large portion for your buck. Mac n cheese was a delightful so see on the menu, it was a small portion but filled with goodness gooey cheese and hit the spot! Skip the chips, they tasted burnt with a hard crisp. They are lacking on beers on draft which makes it a bit disappointing, I wish they would expand it with more seasonal options. The dining area has plenty of seating, some large communities tables while others are private and separated. Service is a hit or miss depending on who you get. I have never encountered a wait which is nice and there is plenty of parking in the back. Overall, it’s a chill place with great food and feel. They have an open kitchen so you can see certain chefs, but don’t expect 5 star service here, it’s a young crowd that really doesn’t care.

My bro wanted Korean wings so I decided to take him to this place. I’ve been there once before and the wings were good… although a bit pricey. It was something like 24 wings for $ 23…almost $ 1 a wing. Cray cray. We ordered wings ½ spicy and ½ regular. We also got the Parmesan fries with truffle oil. We all ordered burgers. I asked the waitress if the burger patties were frozen or fresh ground meat and whether they were thick. That would determine how I wanted them cooked. She assured me that they were fresh ground meat, not frozen and thick burger patties. With the above info, I asked for my burger to be cooked medium instead of the usual medium well. I was super disappointed when my burger came out. The meat patties were thin and appeared to be the frozen kind. It’s almost identical to what you’d get in a McDonald’s hamburger only not as tasty… and I hate McDonald’s hamburgers. To add insult to injury, both thin patties were burnt! In hindsight, I am not sure why I didn’t send the order back since the meat was not as described and burnt to a crisp. The side of fried potato slices were also pretty burnt and I only had one piece. This place makes amazing fries. Not sure why they don’t just give patrons the option to get fries with their order. I was happy with the truffle fries. They were the bomb. The chicken wings were also very good. The spicy was a bit too much for me to handle and I normally eat lots of spicy foods. So beware. Our waitress was a doll. I can’t complain about the service. She was very attentive and gave us everything that we needed all with a smile. My tip to the management(and I know you read these reviews): pls consider serving better meat on your burgers. If other establishments can offer a juicy burger for $ 8.99, surely you can find a way to up your burger game at $ 13/plate. You should also do away with those greasy fried potato slices and just give people your fries or at least let them have that option.

Consistent warm beers, good and bad service depending on which server you get and pricey food has led us to look elsewhere for a better wings, beer and sports bar. Beer selection is still good and vast but lukewarm beer is just not enjoyable.

Will update when I actually try the food but I just ordered take out… Did not have two of the things I tried to get, when I arrived they told me the sandwich I finally ordered wasn’t available either so all they had was my wings after waiting 30 minutes to pick up… She said she called me but I have no missed call #lies I’m off to eat like 3 wings for dinner…

Ugh ignore my previous review. this place disgusts me now. The food and everything is the same but I noticed something on my bill today that will have me never returning to this place. I ordered a macallan 12, neat, knowing it’ll be outrageously overpriced. oh well. But the glass should’ve just been a thimble… it was less than a shot. And the worst part! Extra 3 dollars for neat!!! Wtffff??? 16 dollars plus 3 dollars for a neat glass? And then if u tip, its a $ 20+ drink… greedy bastards. If i only had a choice between coming here or getting some bonchon and a BOTTLE of macallan 12 and eating at home by myself with the lights off, i would do the latter. But thankfully, there are other options out there and i can do that at a reasonable price. You’ve sucked out the last dime out of me NY wing factory. Terrible. Be aware of this ridiculous mark up next time you order a drink! You have been warned EDIT: Saw another pic on this Unilocal page, this place charges for rocks too!!! HAHAHA $ 2.00 for ICE?!
