Neighborhood dry cleaning shop that also has a very good alteration service. I’ve been a customer in this place for the last three years. The dry cleaning is great. I never had any issues. If there are some problematic stains that they cannot get it out, they always explain to me properly. The alteration service is always able to fix my clothes nicely where other alternation stores couldn’t. Today I ran over to fix one of my tops which I had small cut in front. She fixed it with cloth tape and didn’t charge me at all. It took her at lest 10 mins to fix that hole, she didn’t ask for any money. I really appreciated what she did and I’ll continue to be a regular customer.

I dropped off a coat here and told the guy I needed it by Friday so that I’d have it for a wedding on Saturday. He said he’d have it ready by Thursday. Well, I show up on Saturday because my week ended up being crazy. The guy told me to come back on Monday because my coat hadn’t come back yet. Completely unacceptable. They cleaned my coat for free after the mishap, however, I do not recommend this place.

I just dropped a dress off to One Stop. Hector was pleasant and welcomed me as a new customer. I’m trying One Stop out because I’m tired of paying Denise Cleaners their over-priced rates for cleaning and alterations. One Stop is just off of Fletcher Ave & I-95 — near Main St in Ft Lee. There’s plenty of parking and a nice little drive-up to park and run in. The sign on the window reads $ 3.99 most items — that’s pants or shirts. Dresses are $ 7.99. The cleaning and alterations are done on premises. Dropping off Thurs and ready on Monday — I’m not in a rush today.
