If I could I would give this 0 stars. Terrible and I mean terrible !!! Costumer service … The people that worked there were rude and had low skills to properly serve me as a customer… Run away from This Taco Bell /KFC ! Messed up my order 3 times and when I got home they served me cold potatoes with stale taco shells which I feel was intentional.

This is my favorite Taco Bell place of all of New Jersey, prices 10%~20% cheaper than other Taco Bell franchises. That alone wins 5 stars.

The worst. It’s hard to fuck up Taco Bell, but somehow they manage. I believe it’s because they are attached to a KFC and the suck of that place has made its way to the Taco Bell side.

This is the WORST Taco Bell. It manages 2 stars ONLY because it’s Taco Bell and I generally like Taco Bell food. If the food wasn’t so tasty, it would be 1 star. Everything about the service here is awful. The state are completely indifferent to the customers, bordering on rude. We cam here on Sunday and wanted to get lunch. They mumble to us, as we approached the counter, that they were out of soda because the machine was broken. We had to have them repeat what they said, because the mumbling was inaudible. I then asked if I could get a bottle of water, to which they informed me that they had sold out. Okay, THAT’S annoying, but I figure I can get an empty cup and get some water from the machine, since the water still worked. I was informed I would have to pay FULLPRICE of the soda if I were to get a cup, despite the fact that they had no soda to sell!!! That is ridiculous. I explained that I understand their standards around controlling paper costs, but I would expect, when they are out of soda through no fault of the customer, that they could at least offer up a free empty cup so the customer could have something to drink. My explanation fell on deaf ears. I don’t even know if there was a manager there. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge or empowered to make a decision to give away a a soda cup. There was no interest in helping the customer. I was extremely disappointed. I called the survey on the back of the receipt and went through the incredibly annoying IVR survey until I got to the point where I was allowed to register my complaint. This took at least 5 minutes, probably more. There was no way to reach an agent directly. They survey asked if I’d like to be contacted about my complaint, to which I said«yes». So far, I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed with this Taco Bell. Also, this Taco Bell does not serve the new breakfast menu.
