The Hanbok

I rented a BEAUTIFUL hanbok for my daughter from The Hanbok for a school pageant. It was last minute and I was nervous I would not be able to find anything in time. Not only did I find a hanbok in time but the quality, condition and price of the rented hanbok far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Jasmine, assisted me from beginning to end with utmost care, professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I was extremely impressed by the excellent customer service and her willingness to go out of her way to assist and make sure my daughter had the perfect hanbok for her special event. My daughter looked absolutely adorable and everyone at school commented how amazing she looked! The overall experience and event could not have been more perfect. THANK YOU JASMINE AND THE HANBOK! I should also mention that the boutique itself is quite lovely… immaculate, elegantly decorated and with an extraordinary collection of handboks and accessories. 5 stars does not do this place justice. I would definitely return should I need another handbok in the future and I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends (I already have!).

Recently went in here to look at traditional Korean hanboks for a first year birthday party– dol. The place is immaculate and well curated. Everything is orderly and beautifully set up. The lady who helped us was very helpful and offered many suggestions about the party. It felt like she was taking the time to help us not to sell us a product. After looking at other places we decided to come back here. Their prices are similar to other local shops but the quality and design of their clothes seem much better. And more importantly the service is excellent. They also rent. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Went here to get a hanbok for my child’s first birthday party. It is absolutely a beautiful place full of modern, colorful, elegant hanboks. If you are looking for hanbok for your wedding, child’s first birthday, or any special occasion, this is the place. I believe they design many of their own hanboks, and they make sure that when you’re there, you’re pampered and help you choose the perfect hanbok. The hanboks are for rent or buy there. Visited few hanbok stores before I made my final decision for my son’s first birthday party. They had best and new hanbok dresses. Lady who help us had more knowledge than any other store. Also they had way more collections of hanbok than any other stores in NY and NJ
