Pizza Hut

I’m writing this review in comparison to other Pizza Huts I have tried. This one had disappointed me so far. My husband and I ordered the $ 10 box which consists of a medium pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks were the best part of the meal. We placed our order online and the estimated delivery was half an hour. One our later we got our pizza. It was cold and undercooked. (The dough was undercooked.) Also, they really skimp on the cheese. 3 slices of the pizza had no cheese on it and it’s an additional charge for extra cheese. Most likely will not be ordering from this location again.

When my husband and I first moved to the area, we ordered from this Pizza Hut. After a rude, barely-​comprehensible phone staff and later a cold pizza that turned out to be so undercooked the crust was gummy and soggy, we vowed never to order from here again after years of having been loyal Pizza Hut customers.
But hey, I’m not made of stone, I happen to like Pizza Hut and after two years, my resolve to 1) have Pizza Hut and 2) not go outside to get it finally won out. Maybe it’s improved — it has to, right?
Welp, still waiting for a pizza ordered off the website an hour and forty-​five minutes ago. Somewhere around the hour mark we were curious, so we called to see if pizza was still a go. Oh, how silly of me! My husband and I have gotten excuses ranging from «the delivery car broke down» (regrettable, but understandable — still, maybe hire at least one driver with a working car?) to «We only made your pizza 10 minutes ago» (which we got at the one hour 30 mark, fifteen minutes after they said the pizza was on its way). Maybe I’m just picky, but I think that’s unacceptable outside of Superbowl Sunday.
It’s obvious nothing has changed with this Pizza Hut and its terrible service… I can’t wait to see how bad the pizza turns out to be, but I may not get it until tomorrow.

This is mislabeled as Mountain View Pizza. It should be listed as a franchised Pizza Hut/​WingStreet. It’s food and pizza is excellent but it should be listed as a Pizza Hut.
