RED FLAG experience — Mike gave us the run around for two weeks trying to get an estimate for the drywall repair work we needed. No schedule book, he did not work Mondays or Fridays, he would call my renter to schedule, and the best one, he liked to have a commitment for the work before giving estimate. Mike then gave us a time frame for the est. Tues, Wed or Thurs, this is two weeks later and ridiculous, we work too. Mike finally committed to Friday, what do you know, he does work on Friday. From the beginning he knew we wanted work started on the next Monday. Due to personal issues renter had to postpone Fridays estimate appointment. I explained to Mike we would need to make appointment on Monday and due to the length of time in getting an estimate from him I would be getting a second bid. He told me he was going to PASS on my work and hung up on me. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years and have never run across anyone like this… I’m sure I dodged a bullet.
