Very rude service on Tuesday evening, Sep 1. At 6:50 pm it looked as if they were closing so I asked if they had any food left and the lady replied«I wish we didn’t.» I asked for ¼ white meat and the lady, with a whole chicken behind her, said they didn’t have any. I thought I misunderstood her so I asked her again if she didn’t have any white meat and she responded that she«didn’t want to sound like a smart ass» but if she did she would have told me. I said to have a good night as I was paying because I thought she may be having a bad day and she responded, «No, I’m not going to.» It’s a shame such poor customer service is hired and maintained at this Boston Market on a military installation. It gives both the military and Boston Market a bad name. If someone doesn’t like talking to people, please don’t work in the customer service industry.
