This place is sloppy. The service is sloppy, the atmosphere is sloppy. You walk in and they can barely look up to greet you. After they FINALLY fix the issue with my car that they can’t seem to figure out, I will not be returning. Too much competition to bother with this place.

My husband and I have had great customer service at this location making us want to bring our vehicles to them more often.
The manager that is there often has giving us great deals on tires, brakes, and other services. We just dropped off our truck for an oil change and he gave it to us for free. He didn’t have to do that. It was a great gesture.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. I always drop my car off and head to work and pick it up later. It is always ready by the time I need it. This time however they were very friendly. The guy up front (sorry don’t remember his name) was very friendly both when I dropped the car off and when I picked up. I have already recommend the shop to 3 people since yesterday

very nice staff. don’t know who helped me, but on all the things I needed done to my Van the guy tried very hard to find discounts and coupons.
IN FACT my end bill was cheaper than the prices he quoted me before I decided to use them.
My husband just had his vehicle worked on this week and although between our 2 vehicles and the extensive work we had done. and spending nearly $ 2500 in the last month here. We are very very happy and will be returning when we need mainteneance

Do not go here!!! I dropped off my car last week, for a one hour oil change at 11:00am, I asked if they could drive me to my house (which was 2 miles away), I waited 20 mins and then when they did drive me to my house, the courtesy van had a cracked windshield and no air conditioner when it was 100 degrees in Charlotte.
I (sort of) appreciated the ride, but was told my car would be ready at 2:30, I was a little upset, but after their many of excuses of why it would take so long, I just agreed.
My car was ready at 6pm, I was told that they couldn’t pick me up, and I have to coordinate a ride there, and to top it off, my car leaked oil for three days.
I had to go to Pineville Minekee to have them replace the oil Filter.
If you want good service and good work, go to Minekee in Pinville, not GOOD YEAR!!!

I was a little apprehensive about coming to this location because of the previous review. However as soon as I called the store I received friendly customer service. I arrived at my appointment time and they were ready for me. I was greeted by Michael. The price I was quoted was what I was charged. They took the expected amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation, like an hour. Wi-​Fi is a little spotty but other than that I had a favorable experience. And im a magnet for bad customer service experiences so i had to write a review when it’s a good one. I also found out the staff had been changed. I would give this location a chance. Friendly and delivered as promised.

My husband and I made appointments for oil changes for both of our cars at Goodyear on Sunday. His appointment was at 1, and mine was at 2. I showed up with my car at 2PM and my husband was still waiting for them to finish up with his car. We sat together in the waiting area, and within 20 minutes my car was pulled around and my maintenance was done.
We asked when my husband’s car would be ready and were told «in just a few minutes». We waited, and waited, and waited some more. No one could tell us what the delay was. Finally, at 2:45, after waiting an hour and 45 minutes, I pointedly asked what was taking so long. They couldn’t tell us. Several customers had come and gone in the time it took us to wait for my husband’s car.
At 2:55, after a nearly two hour wait, they FINALLY took my husband’s car down and brought it around. When he inquired (again!) as to why it took so long they said they had issues with a latch on his battery (he’d asked them to check that, since there was a loose connector issue).
They gave us $ 20 off his service for the extended wait, which we appreciated for the time we had to wait, but they should have communicated with us about what was taking so long. My husband had only asked them to check the battery latch because he thought it would be just a quick thing, had we known it would take so long, we would have told them not to bother with it.
