Lux Nails Spa

Came in after having a great gel mani a few weeks ago by the younger gentleman. Today was a disappointment. The very young girl who worked on my nails seemed to rush through barely paying any attention to what she was doing. Cut my skin while buffing it, she wasn’t even looking at my hands while she buffed away. I told her square, straight across and I had to check after her on each nail and tell her to make her crooked lines straight. And then to top it off she sloppily applied the gel all over my nails unevenly and all over my skin. I just got done picking off the gel on my skin. And I decided to walk back in to show… I assume the owner… The low quality paint job she did… It is extremely thick on the tips of my nails and so it isn’t sleek like a nail tip should be instead it’s bubble shaped off my nail… And because of the difference in thickness across the nail, each section of the nail gradually is a darker shade. The lady who I addressed this too, said oh no she did perfect. This is a business… If you want people to keep coming back and spreading good word, first of all you need to have good customer service. Customer is always right. I don’t come in to a salon wishing to have my nails done how you think looks good. I come in to have what I would like and think looks good! The girl did a poor job. And now everyone will know. The lady could have offered someone to repair them but instead she defended the girl who shouldn’t be doing nails… Which leads to this «nail spa» getting a bad review on here. Unilocal.Google… And a general bad review to all of my friends in the area!
