We had a great experience with Becky and her team as we sold our house and built a new one.
From the beginning her communication was consistent, and follow through was always prompt and exactly as promised. When we decided to list our last house, she helped us find a reasonable asking price and method of listing. The entire listing and selling process was painless. Our home was sold in less than a week and we were very satisfied with the sale.
She and her team helped us find different homes in the area, and were very supportive as we decided to build.
As we built our new home, Becky was there every step of the way. When we couldn’t get a quick return call from someone at the builder, Becky was pushing to make sure everything was exactly the way we needed it. Her help was especially needed during the contracting process. She helped point out key things that we would have missed, and cost us money, as well as made sure we had all of our questions answered completely. Although our builder did a great job, it was nice knowing that Becky was there to make sure everything went our way.
During all of the walkthroughs, inspections, picking of our options, all the way to close Becky was there in person. Very attentive, and always looking out for our best interests.
