We’ve used Servpro twice now to restore water damage at our House. Once for a plumbing leak, and the second time when our Refrigerator leaked onto out Hardwood Floor. Both times they came out the same day I called them. They were honest and forthcoming about treatments, patient with all my questions and very reasonably priced. They didn’t charge me any extra for the use of their equipment when the floor wasn’t dry enough following the time they had estimated the process would take.
The first time we needed Restoration Services, I also got a quote from a different company. Their quote came to almost double the price due to a gross over-​use of expensive equipment to repair the damage… Like shooting a fly with a canon.
I highly recommend Servpro of Rock Hill and York County’s Services!
