Purchasing a home can be a daunting task. It can be a relatively stressful adventure from start to finish for many, and especially for a first time homebuyer like myself. The only thing that made this process easy for me was having my agent, Tania, by my side. Tania went above and beyond to make sure that I found the perfect home for me. At the beginning of my home-​buying process Tania sat down with me and went over the entire procedure from start to finish. She insured that I was an informed buyer. Having this knowledge made me feel even more confident about the huge decision that I was making. She was able to give me ideas and referrals for every service that I needed throughout the process, such as a home inspector, electrician, and even a handyman. I was also able to keep in constant contact with her. Tania was always available to answer a call, text, or email. I was able to see firsthand, an agent that did not provide the best quality service to a family during my home-​buying experience. Seeing that made me even more thankful that I had chosen a competent and thoughtful agent. Tania continuously showed me that she cared. I am so appreciative of the service that I received from her and I cannot imagine a better real estate agent.
