Another formulaic execution of the Walgreens system. This is a perfect store with the usual aisles of personal care, over-​the-​counter medications, a pharmacy, snacks and drinks and a seasonal aisle. I was able to purchase the cold meds I needed, a bottle of water with which to wash it down and a box of tissues for blowing my stuffed nose very quickly.
It’s a good store that is in the middle of absolutely nowhere.

Stacy the pharmacist went out of her way for the second time. I had a new prescription for $ 100 and she spent time to do her research and got me a coupon so the prescription actually cost me $ 10. Than I drove home to find out I purchase the wrong Apple iTunes gift card. I had to drive back and spoke with the store manager. I’m thinking she is going to tell me «I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do» but she also went out of her way to call Apple for me and explained to them what happened and exchanged the card with no problem. I was amazed at this store’s employees keeping the customer satisfaction at the very best. I would wish the rest of the retail industry in this country would use what happened to me today as a great example how retain a customer and keep them happy. I am going to e-​mail Walgreens corporate head quarters to let them know what kind of excellent staff they have in Fort Mill. Thanks

Located in what seems like the middle of nowhere is a walgreens that doesn’t stay open 24 hours and the pharmacy had wicked hours of operation.
I’m learning that Fort Mill is still the country which I’m fine with but I would love the walgreens to be open 24 hours. I did ask about the funky hours and the staff told me it’s because there’s not enough doctor offices in the area and the traffic isn’t enough to warrant staying open all the time.
Nonetheless I like coming here because everyone is friendly and ready to accommodate excellent customer service. If I want 24 hours I would have to drive to Rock Hill… no thanks.
