I can not tell you enough good things about this location in Ft. Wright, Kentucky. It is an honest repair shop ran by great management with some very good techs. They treat you right and provide fair, decent and honest service for a great value. I have been to this location a few times for various items and have always been pleased and felt as if I had been treated fairly. In today’s times finding a good place to get routine auto work done without having your pockets drained is even of more importance and Bob Sumerel helps to make that happen. Big thanks to Troy and his staff, who always seem to come through in the clutch.

When I dropped by realizing one of our cars was near bare on the front tires, I was expecting a pitch about needing to replace all four… but nope! They were honest and told me that they’d love to sell me four, but I only needed two and they could do it right now. Troy is great and very pleased with how I was treated. Not taken advantage of at all.
FWIW, I was going to order from an online discounter and have shipped here (they were listed as an authorized installer), but the prices of their instock tires were close enough to get it done now without the hassle.
Bonus: they have a AAA electric car charging station in the parking lot!
