Quail Hollow Apts

My husband and I lived here for 2 ½ years and had our first child while living here.
Pros:
Quiet complex-​After we moved into a new complex in our new city, we realized just how much we missed that.
Great maintenance-​Out within 24 hours the 3 or 4 times we called them
Pays for heat and water. We never once complained it was too cold.
Cons:
Window A/​C units but they did a great job of keeping it cool
No washer and dryer hook ups
No amenities
Small apartments
All and all, we loved it here. Yes, amenities would have been nice but with these prices, my husband was able to stay home with our son for a year while I worked. The office staff is professional and nice. It’s quiet and people are friendly. We now have an apartment with a washer and dryer hook up, pools and is larger but I would prefer to be back here where it’s quiet.

It where I live its ok

Quail Hollow is now merged with other nearby apartments, Sherwood Knoll. The end result is Quail Hollow & Sherwood Knoll, which I think is the title of the next Harry Potter book.
In short, this is a nice apartment complex for small families and singles. The apartments are a little smaller than others, but certainly livable. They are also however, cheaper than many other apartments in the area. Location is a big selling point, as they are ridiculously convenient. Close to both 75 and 275, there is also a grocery store, drug store, liquor store, bank, coffee shop, restaurant, and dry cleaners within walking distance. My favorite feature is that it is right next to a bunch of woods, which is great for hiking. Theres also a large field in the middle of the buildings for lounging about, or for any other outdoor activities.
One thing that may turn some off about QH&SK is that this is kind of a no frills complex. There’s no fitness center, pool, clubhouse, or anything like that. You pay for a place to live, and that’s about it. They are very good about responding to maintenance requests though, and it’s rare you’ll have to wait longer than next day service.
Overall I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something convenient, no frills, or are on a budget. They do what they do well.
