Long story short. Ice cream wasn’t worth«waiting» for even though NOONEWASINTHERE. Plus it was pricey. Then it had like a thick shake consistency.

We were waited on quickly. Chocolate fudge brownie. Dutch apple pie caramel. Key lime sundae. That had blonde Oreos plus caramel syrup and whip crème! All of it was excellent! We will be back!

YES. Huge number of flavors… everything was awesome. My wife and I each sampled 3… and I could have eaten any of them and been thrilled. She ended up with the blueberry cobbler and I had the Chocolate fudge caramel brownie. Not too much more to say than that — Money. Fun, helpful employee. Big scoops!

Very delicious ice cream. The two gentlemen helping us and others were very nice! Their ice cream is very good, especially after some Ray’s Pizza!

Been going to FMB for ten years and never tried tis place(has not been open ten years to be fair). Went here after dinner with my family(wife plus kids 5 and 9). We were so happy we chose to go as the entire experience was enjoyable. Ambiance was great as there was ample seating, kids movie on tv, fun pics of customers who have come through the place, and the option to sit on rocking chairs outside while you munch down on some yummy ice cream. Service was great and the guy serving us was very talkative and funny. Wait was average as there were several customers at the place. Ice cream choices were plentiful, and even had sundaes and lots of cone choices — more than usual. This is definitely the #1 Ice Cream place on FMB.

Delicious ice cream and great service. Gentleman behind counter was patient and polite with my nieces who wanted to try everything. Two double scoop cones and one double scoop cup, $ 11.99. Closes at 10 but continued to serve whoever came in! Ice cream chosen: superman, peppermint stick, death by peanut butter and chocolate carmel fudge brownie. Yum yum

We stayed in Fort Myers Beach for a really quick vacation, and we wanted to get some ice cream in the middle of the night and saw this place. Soon as we walked in I asked the guy what was the most popular flavor, he said the Salted caramel crunch ice cream. I tried that ice cream and it was awesome, I also tried the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was delicious. My wife ended up going with the toasted coconut ice cream. I hate coconut, but she said that she loved it. Some of the ice cream that I tasted that I didn’t care for was there peppermint ice cream, and the Keylime pie which didn’t really taste like Keylime anything. Overall the place is awesome, just a couple flavors that I just didn’t care for but maybe you will like it.

Local mom and pop owned ice cream shop. Lots of fun flavors and many cone choices. They offer tastes to help you decide and their prices are reasonable for island cuisine. Good for families. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The staff was amazing! I was served by one of the owners. The ice cream was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Three people of my five person party got the Death By Peanut Butter — PB Ice cream, PB and mini OB cups. I also had the chocolate Carmel Fudge Brownie(both pictured). We also tried the cherry vanilla, captain America and the chocolate. All good! About $ 40 for 2 kids and 3 adults. The waffle bowls were also amazing!

Many different flavor to choose from. I had Gator Tracks and it was amazing! This isn’t DQ. The prices are just a tad higher, but the level of quality makes up for it. If you’re craving some top-notch, homemade ice cream, venture over to Royal Scoop!

Very good ice cream. I had mint chip and the chocolate chunks were huge. There is plenty of parking and an outdoor patio. The gal was super nice who ran it as well. The portions were huge so come prepared to eat some serious ice cream.

Delicious ice cream, exceptional service, and a wonderful environment is a taste of what you’ll experience when coming here. The man closing the shop, assuming he was the owner, was very kind, helpful, and patient. It is a little pricey, but totally worth it. Great serving size for a single scoop.

Best ice cream we found in FMB! Owner present all the time and makes it a fun experience and engaging. We really liked the extensive selection and unique flavors. Definitely try the Salted Caramel Crunch. Yum! Also reasonable considering the large serving for a single scoop. Better than the other ice cream options available.

Royal Scoop is a cute ice cream shop on Fort Myers Beach run by an engaging and friendly owner. There are plenty of flavors of traditional ice cream as well as Italian ice. There is also an array of sundaes and even a bread pudding concoction that we did not get to try but looked all sorts of good. We had the vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone, as well as the cookies and cream ice cream in a waffle bowl, both of which were very good and oh-so-spot-hitting for a warm September evening. My three year old daughter loved that the shop sold some plush toys(Mickeys, Minnies, Hello Kittys, and Peppa Pigs, among others). There is plenty of inside and outside seating. The location of Royal Scoop is also decent — while not in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, it was within walking distance of some restaurants and lodging in the area. This is a really nice place to cool off after a long day at the beach, or just to bring the kids or the kids at heart.

I LOVE cute ice cream shops like this! Huge selection of delicious homemade ice creams, Italian ices, and cones. The owner was really friendly and patient with my family taking forever to decide on flavors. I’m a big vanilla fan, and it was really good here– nice and creamy. The cookies and cream was also great. Definitely check this place out when in Fort Myers Beach! We will for sure be back next time we’re in town.

Great owner, great ice cream! Friendly local service with home made ice cream at reasonable prices! Sit on the porch in a rocker at sunset! We came here several times trying different flavors each time. My favorite is the salted caramel.
