I had A Gator Septic install a brand new concrete tank full installation to have the tank rendered useless in 3 years time. After $ 5,000 cost. They want to come out put in a new one costing between $ 6500 to 8500. I was told to call the owner maybe he could have a kind ear. But I couldn’t speak with anyone but Francis. She outright refused to come down in price as a repeat customer. They did lousy work to begin with. No one has money to get a new septic tank and full service every 3 years. I’m putting in a complaint to the State Attorney’s office. I own several properties, they just lost my business. This company has changed names more times than I have fingers. The worst company for the money, what a ripoff! That’s minus 4 stars to the ripoff artists.

A month later I received an adapter and new lid. Thank you Frances for your effort in making a customer happy.

After feeling skeptical following 3 or 4 septic problems I was told I needed a new pump and an electrician to repair my problem. I’ve had a couple floats, a pump and a couple of pump outs in the last 4 years. I called another septic company out and this time I watched the repairman and asked a lot of questions. The major problems are pump and float wires are cut and poorly spliced inside the tank. These wires are originally long enough to easily be properly spliced outside the tank. As a result of this shotty workmanship the wiring had burn spots and to be repaired properly the work redone that A Gator originally did. I would stay away from this company.
