The staff is not helpful, when looking for items. The employees would rather continue their conversations with each other, and point to an aisle for me to find whatever items I needed during each visit. It’s a shame because I work less then a mile from this location, and I’ll drive up to Home Depot to get what I need.

This place is the worst example of a community business! Pulled in there tonight at 7:02pm, realizing that they close at 7pm. I saw a couple employees closing the front door, and getting ready to leave. I ran up to the door explaining that I have an EMERGENCY and that my house had a real bad leak and I only needed 1 plumbing fitting, when«rat» I believe his name to be, tells me «sorry, they’re is nothing we can do» and locks the door and leaves, pointing me to the nearest Home Depot location. I can only hope this review falls into the owner of this ace hardwares location. As they are independently owned. The whole point of ace hardware is to be a «convenient» hardware store. That’s why you pay more than you do at the big box hardware stores. and secondly, it’s supposed to be a friendly/caring type of hands on store! You really need to train your employees to be more customer friendly, and not worry so much about running out the door at 7 on the dot! Will NEVER shop here again. This is why your losing to Home Depot!

There are several Ace Harwares in this area. They are not a chain, each one is independent. This is a rather large store, with a huge variety of items, including yard, garden, fishing gear, clothing, and holiday decorations. Friendly & helpful.
