I made an appointment to try on dresses with my mom and sister. Emily was the only person available for the first half of the appt due to last minute scheduling, but she was prompt and let me try on a bunch of dresses. Even after I thought I found my dress I wanted to try on a few more just to be sure. She graciously pulled a few more additional dresses and I am so glad we did! I picked one of the additional dresses and looking back I’m so thankful she didn’t rush me out. I thought about it for a few days and came back to purchase the dress. Another associate helped me try it on again for good measure and she was also really gracious. I cannot wait to wear it! I’m an out of town bride and I moved up my wedding date by a few months. They have been really supportive of helping me with the timing and logistics of getting my dress in time for the wedding. Corporate Customer Service is very difficult to get ahold of, but the experience has been much better than all of my experiences with another quite popular bridal boutique that I swore I wouldn’t buy my dress from. I would recommend Alfred Angelo to other brides in a heartbeat.

From the beginning, my experience with Alfred Angelo was awful. I scheduled my appointment online, had an email confirmation and thought I was ready to go. I get there and the sales staff tried to tell me my appointment wasn’t until 2 hours later. I pulled up the email confirmation on my phone to show them that I had the correct appointment time and was then informed by another employee that she had called me to reschedule… funny, I had no voicemail and no missed calls. They reluctantly agreed to «fit» me in after I said I would take my business elsewhere, which was also laughable since there were no less than 5 employees standing around when I walked in and only one other bride in the store. We get to trying on dresses finally, and the one dress that I specifically came to see, they were missing part of it, so I couldn’t even get the full effect of the dress I was interested in. Also, the dresses I tried on were so filthy, there was make-up or self-tanner, and black dirt all over the insides. I actually had to block them from calling me(thank you Verizon!) because I was getting calls almost every day about their sales and whatever else. If you don’t mind paying a little extra, go to Loretta Bridal Boutique-the dresses are clean and their customer service is exceptional.

Brides don’t waste your time at this store. Not only are they rude they lie about their delivery times and risk ruining weddings by not getting the dresses in on time. Find any other shop for your dress needs !
