Applebee’s is okay, this location may need a bit of work. Food is good, it’s the only thing that is usually bringing me back. Love the 2 for 20 or 20 for 25 deal, I usually end up getting the Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders– favorite item on the menu definitely. Service is a little terrible though. There has been a time where I walked in with a friend(just two of us) and we were told we had to wait ~5 minutes for a table, which is understandable. But not when two other groups of two get seated immediately after walking in, as me and my friend are sitting there still waiting. Bad hosting, learn to do your job correctly. Ended up waiting 10 minutes. There has been a time where the host kept bothering me and a friend, trying to flirt with us, asking us to use a lighter on his break. He asked for our numbers and I did not give mine but my friend did, and he called her later that night asking if we have any marijuana. Service is usually okay, wait staff is generally nice and do their job well, only once have I received a wrong drink. Other than that, it’s good!

Went here with my friend for the first time in few years. I was not impressed. The server’s greeting was a crabby“hold on” because she had to take care of another table. She brought the incorrect drinks. I had to ask her couple of times to fix it and the food took forever to arrive. All we had was soup and sald. She never came back for drink refills and when it was time to go we had to flag her down. Never asked how our food was I will never go there again and neither should you!

Both times we have been here we were shopping nearby and decided to give it a try. We did the 2 for $ 20 for lunch the last time and the food and service were great, especially for the price. We came back for dinner tonight and loved the new dishes at $ 10 apiece, brisket enchiladas(with an excellent Mexican flavor) and the Brew house Chicken with stout gravy. The gravy was so good I asked for more and our server Adam, who was very pleasant, took good care of us. I used to stay away from Applebee’s simply because it was a chain but it was excellent both times… the food, atmosphere, and service were great!

This could be the last Applebee’s I’ll ever eat in ! Service was poor, asked for 2 orders of sliders, and that’s all they served– 3 half size sliders– no fries– lettuce/tomatoes nothing– had to order fries, ask for everything else. Was advised that sliders or wings were«on special«that day– well I ended up playing more than I have ever paid – Lessons learned– I’ll stay with Fords Garage, Maybe Applebee’s should take a lesson from Fords also. The Manager was the smart one, he just stood by the bar and never asked us anything, what a looser. Too many other good places to go in this area– don’t waste your time or money on this one!

Terrible service, had to remind the waiter constantly what we ordered. For a party of 5 it took 50 mins to get food, and it was rung in wrong. On top of that we spit the check and the waiter charged one card for both bills when he had both cards. I never liked applebees and this confirmed it.

First time there since renovations. Basically the big change is that all tables/seats/booths are on the same level. No having to step up to get to some of them. Menu seems to be less. Noticed no Fajitas. What’s up with that? Still, decent food for the price and very good service.

Had two margaritas(two for one) the first one was perfect, the second had WAY too much sour mix. Couldn’t drink it :( I got the lunch combo of the tomato basil and three cheese chicken penne. You could tell the penne was microwaved. Sad, but once I got into the middle of the dish the noodles were hot. I’d come back for the drinks, and I’ll give the food another chance soon.

Let me start by saying we were very disappointed this evening, I had just worked 10 hour shift bar tending at a local restaurant, we come in quiet frequently for cocktails after our shift, like 3 nights a week, we only had 2 shots and split a beer that we didn’t even finish, went outside to smoke came back in and the manager,(heavyset girl, black hair) said we were cut off, now I can understand if we were obliviously drunk but we had just gotten there, saying our eyes were druppy, we usually split a meal or a appetizer but the bar tender refused to serve us. we could not believe this happened, I’m still in shock, this Apple bees lost a lot of business from us and not to mention we work at a restaurant literally right around the corner, she is bringing this Apple Bees down, it’s a real shame, and just look at the rest of the reviews… what’s that tell you about the management there, and I will be in contact with HER boss Jim. That manager on duty was ridiculous, no reason for that behavior. Don’t go here!

The boneless buffalo wings are ok. As are the burgers. Steak came out rubbery the one time we ordered it, and a chicken entrée came out way too dry and stringy. This is typical chain restaurant food. The expectations should be as such.

Let me start by saying the hostess and server were very friendly and good at their jobs. But since this is a restaurant I would expect the food to be much better than it was. Granted this is a chain so I don’t expect a five-star dining experience but the food was truly awful. I ordered the Bourbon steak which I ordered medium rare. I could not tell how it was cooked — it looked like old meat that had been covered up with the bourbon sauce to disguise that fact. My sister ordered the macaroni and cheese which had little cheese flavor. The only thing we enjoyed was the appetizer. Even the margarita was not good; tasted like every thing else here: prepackaged or frozen from a food service. Having dinner here truly reminded me of why I so rarely eat out unless my budget allows me to eat at a fine restaurant that doesn’t order their food from a service.

I have been to many applebee’s in many states and, while this was not the worst experience I’ve had, it was also not the best. The wait staff was slow, the food was mediocre. I’ve had better.

Absolutely horrible experience! We waited and waited to order. Waited for our drinks, waited for ½ hour for our food then when my fajitas came — the 3rd bite I took I felt something sharp in my mouth-I pulled it out and it was a metal bristle from the grill brush! I sent my food back. The manager came by and apologized and they gave us our bill for all the rest of our food and drinks! Unbelievable! They did not even credit us for our drinks or my brothers lunch! Never again will I eat there. Also, my brother asked for butter which he never received. It’s dangerous to eat there! Beware

Our waitress was very sweet and manager helpful but the food tasted… below average. I got cheeseburger sliders and it was packed with raw onions she forgot to ask how I wanted my meat cooked. They graciously changed my order but the boneless buffalo chicken tasted… ok. It’s was great to watch the game there but that’s about it

Cons: * They have a promotion going on. If the waitstaff doesn’t offer you a mixed(or any) alcoholic beverage, you receive a free appetizer. The waiter took our water order, came back with the water, and took our lunch order. While chatting, my party saw the written promotion and called over the waiter to question it. The waiter stated that this was the first he had seen it and on promotions he has time to mention it up until we receive our check. Therefore, since we had not left, we can not receive it. We asked him to clarify that because it doesn’t sound like a great deal — ordering food and receiving any type of beverage, *and then* be offered a cocktail before leaving. He stated in that respect we were right — since our meal has just started, but he has the right to come over at any time for the duration we are there and ask us if we are interested in the«special» beverage. So by not starting the conversation with it, doesn’t mean we get a free appetizer. There was no logic in it, as he said it with such attitude, it was really off putting. He wanted to argue about it, so we voiced an opinion back. He gave in, just to make the conversation end. He told us he would honor it and make suggestions for appetizers. We decided on the potato twists — which are home made potato chip slices with a spicy dipping sauce. He said he’d put it in for us. We wait and 10 minutes later it comes out. Mind you, he already had our lunch order and stated he’d put it in. But when the chips were brought out, he said he’d put the lunch order in. * The over bearing«are you done yet?» We get a couple minutes into the appetizer and someone brings us our lunch. The minute it’s put on the table, our waiter comes over and asks us if we want to box up what was left of the appetizer. We had just gotten it, literally, 5 minutes prior. We said we’d eat it while eating our lunch. Seriously, every few minutes he came over to ask us if we were done eating and wanted the check. No exaggeration — we were being rushed out before our meal got cold. When we said no, he stood by the corner register(which was a couple feet from our table) and glared at us, as if to say«hurry up». At one point we heard him say to a co worker that he was on a double, and didn’t like it. Thus far, he only made $ 16 in tips. Well, if you act like an asshole, you’re not going to make a lot. Plus, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. We were the only ones in his section. * The check comes and the appetizer has to be paid for The waiter tells us that no one has ever questioned the promotion before, because he has the right to offer a drink up until the check comes. Therefore, we must pay for the appetizer. No, we won’t pay for it — the promotion doesn’t say we have to wait until we pay to get a drink offer. Plus, he can make the suggestion at any time, even after the meal is completed and we are set to go home. Again, we questioned this; he said he’d get his manager. Manager comes over, and we state that the waiter never asked us for a drink, he took our order and wants to tell us to now pay for the appetizer he said would be free. Manager stated that it comes from corporate — that the waiter is right — he can offer alcohol up until we leave. Making him in the clear for us having to pay. Again, makes no sense. Why would corporate want your people to offer alcohol as they’re leaving? Wouldn’t you want people to sit longer if they had a drink from the beginning? Most people like to have a cocktail as they eat. Manager claims he understood, but his hands were tied — it was coming from corporate. When we threatened we’d call corporate, he said okay, and actually ended up taking the app off. There was a point where the waiter was trying to explain the process of offering a drink(in front of the manager), and the manager poked the waiter as if to say«shut up… you’re making it worse». Which he was. He was trying to tell us that if he noticed my water glass empty at the end of the meal, he could justifiably say«I see your water glass is empty. Would you be interested in X or X?». Now, you see I finished my water and we want to leave. Meal is completed. Manager offers the coupon for free app on next visit. We refused; we wanted it off now. Manager relents. * We get the hint: you want us out when you start sweeping Aside from constantly asking us if we were done, he kept cleaning up around us. Finding busy work to make us leave. He vacuumed, he swept, he cleaned the tables. There was no one else in his section. He was bored. To the point that when it WAS time to pay, he took our money and chatted with his friends in the kitchen for 5 minutes before giving us our change. Mind you, this is all at one o’clock in the afternoon. Pros: * Not going back.

Best thing on the menu is the chicken wonton taco, hands down and with half off apps everyday after 9pm you can call me a regular here. It turns into club Applebee’s on Fridays, they have a Dj spinning records and karaōke.

My wife, daughter and I dined at this Applebee’s 12-15-2011 at the end of the evening rush. We ordered 2 salads and dessert. It seemed to take forever for our order to arrive. The third bite of my salad produced a sharp, rusty wire. I asked for a manager who took the residue of chicken and wire to a better light to inspect. When he returned he said it was only chicken and had hid the wire in his other hand. He then said it was piece from a grill brush. After pressure the manager offered another salad at no cost. This manager can ruin the best efforts of the staff.

This location was dirty, the service was slow and the food was even worse. Employees were sitting in the dining area eating food where they were visible to patrons and should not have been. Screwed up order for the table next to us as well. Would not recommend this location. Our Applebee’s back home is much better.
