I had a wing chair redone. Horrible job. When I called to complain, the person I spoke to was having a conversation with someone else and was not listening. I politely said I would like someone to come out and examine the workmanship that was done and I was told I would get a return call. After 7 days, I called bake to get an idea when someone would be out and again they said they would call back. They never called. The chair was very special to me and now looks terrible. The cushion was recovered too big and the stitching is horrible. If you would like to keep your furniture, but have it reupholstered, DO NOT use this company.
