A rep came to my house and I signed up for prism and internet. It took an hour to get approved. The net day I get a phone call from century link telling me that they don’t have prism in my area yet and wanted me to sign on to direct tv which I refused.
Three months later they finally have service in my area so I go to the store and get things going again. Two day later a tech comes out to check the lines and finds a bad cable going into the box so my install is on hold again without a install date. They suck!!!

First scheduled install — no show no call
Second scheduled install-​same thing
Got installed on a Sunday on third try
Was told that all install fees would be waived
First bill was outrageous After talking to 5 different «customer service «reps. I was able to cancel service. I was on phone over 1 hour.
The customer service is non existent.
Steer clear.

I just wrote a whole blog, went to add a image and wordpress froze. Turned out no internet. I didn’t copy and paste so I just wasted an hour of my sleep for nothing.

I came in to return my router and when I walked in they just looked at me like I was in the wrong place they didn’t ask if I needed help so I told them what I was there for and then a girl just asked me like robot what my account number was gave me my receipt and that was it. No what can I help you with and no have a great day… that’s why they hire PEOPLE so customers don’t deal with ROBOTS!!! RUDE ROBOTS!

I don’t know about this office anymore… BUT over the phone this is the crappiest customer service I have EVER received! I talked to NINE people and even SAM at the corporate level wouldn’t help and due to their mistake I don’t have prism service, just Internet…2 ½ hours on the phone and NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE I STARTED WITH THEM. THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE! I don’t know why I even stayed with them… it was the same when I started with them in Sept 2012 and has only gotten WORSE!

Stay away. These guys tried to extend our DSL Internet contract 2 more years without our approval and now want a cancellation fee. Last year I called and they said contract would be up in March of 2013. I waited until May to call and now they say they applied a discount to my service and extended the contract 3 years. They say we should have noticed a code on our bill 2 lines about a promotional discount. Code reads HSI 10M CC 3YR on page 4 of 7 of monthly bill. Since when is it our responsibility to read their codes to know they extended a contract without our approval. Ben (employee ID 8VL in Mansfield OH) said that’s why they have customer support and I should have called them within 90 days of seeing that code on page 4 of a bill.
Is that any kind of way to run a business? I cannot stay with them any longer. They’ve lost my trust.

After Calling for some time I was explained to that the retail location can take phone calls but while they have walk up customers it would be rude to pick up while dealing with there customers, although the retail reps can not help with technical support or repair they are quite knowledgeable as to the pricing and features and how to set up new service… I highly recomend you visit the retail store in stead of calling, great location and set up
