Crystal Springs Water

this is an update to my last review on crystal springs water service. i am writing it in caps so that everyone gets the point and is aware of crystal springs water co’s fraudulent — yes fraudulent dealings.
see my previous post — cancelled on 4÷25÷2014.
come to find out that they have not issued a credit to my account for returned bottles and machine. they have charged me for service and product that was not received on 6÷20÷2014 and now on 7÷18÷2014. remember services cancelled on 4÷24÷2014.
the reason that they have my debit card number was — back in april of 2014. they stopped delivering because of their lack of organization and customer service. terrible dishonest driver and company.(nothing but excuses, excuses, excuses.) i was offered a credit for inconvenience. $ 17 and change. for this credit i was told my debit card was needed. i was never dreaming that this company could be so sneaky as to use my card for automatic bill pays. they were never authorized.
so in a nutshell instead of crediting me back for returned bottles and machine they have charged my account twice!
now not only do they owe me for credits for my returns, they also owe me for fraudulently charging my debit card. $ 59.60 + $ 56.29.
this is the worst company that i ever dealt with.
it is run by scam artists along with lying, sneaking, subservient underlings.
now dealing with the banks fraud dept. and bbb.
crystal springs water gets negative stars beyond infinity!!!
beware you have been warned.
P. S. IF YOU DARE OPEN PANDORA’S BOX TO CONTACT THEM FOR SERVICE. DON’T CONTACT THEM ON SUNDAY. THEY’RE NOT OPEN. THE IDIOTS OVER THERE CAN’T EVEN POST THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT.
