Culligan Water Conditioning

I have used Mast Family Culligan to filter the water on my entire house for the past 8 years and have never had any problems. The service is great and the «water» is terrific!

We use Mast family Culligan for 2 offices, and couldn’t be happier. Service is prompt, Tech is friendly and competent. I would recommend this business!

To start off on a good note, so far everyone I have talked too at this company has been nice.
Now I don’t like the hard pressure sales technique they use. Just recently moved in to a brand new home in a gated community and a salesperson from Culligan came to my home while I wasn’t there and my wife was and offered us a water filtration system trial and left his business card and four pack of bottled water. I talked to my wife about this and told her I didn’t want this system installed and that it would damage our new home.
So after a few weeks went by the same salesperson stopped by the house while I was at work and my wife was walking out the door to do some errands and had her sign some paperwork for the free trial and she went on her way. When she arrived home from her errands, there was a huge cylinder on the outside of our new home, that looks like a helium tank, and it was spliced in to our water line. There wasn’t any markings on this tank or way to contact their salesperson or the company. After Googling Culligan Water Filtration Systems I was able to find this company and an 800 number to call. When I called the following morning I got an answering server that wasn’t very nice and the girl said that she could take a message and forward it on to them, and I didn’t want to bother with that so I asked for the hours of the company and she gave them too me. I had to call back after 8 am to talk to an operator and she had to find someone else to forward me on to. After finally talking to the correct person, they couldn’t find anything dealing with my home and she asked if she could call me back. This didn’t take to long and she was able to find an account that was set up the previous day. Than proceed to tell me that it would be able to be removed till 3 days from now. I should have pressed to have them remove it today but I am giving them leeway to do as they say. So after that the salesperson continues to pester my wife, by calling multiple times and stopping by uninvited. So I had to call the company and have them stop. I really hope that this doesn’t continue.

I have never in my life encountered a company that employs such gracious and kind people. I have dealt with probably 6 different people in person and over the telephone. One more gracious than the next. I can also use the word integrity in my dealings with these kind folk.
NO regrets. Love my water system.
