This place is appalling! I wish you could give minus stars!!! We paid for a new impact glass front door on February 6^th and we’ve yet to get our door! We had to keep calling them and all they kept saying was it was back ordered. We finally got a delivery for April 7 and the guy who came said I know it isn’t an impact glass but was going to install it until the right one came in? I told him I didn’t understand what was going on and he said didn’t they tell you that? NO!!! I call and they say, oh we were busy so didn’t have time to tell you it wasn’t the impact glass. What really got me was they were upset I wouldn’t accept it? REALLY!!! Today the guy showed up and had our old door off for over an hour so we went out to see what was going on and he told us the impact glass was broken! It had a huge crack all down the middle. What, they don’t inspect their merchandise before delivery? Again, nobody called to acknowledge anything so I had to call them and the receptionist said someone will get back to you. About 2 hours later we got an email saying they would give us a refund. What is wrong with this company! I guess they don’t care about their customers since they treated us like we didn’t matter. I would never purchase anything from Devin Doors and suggest you don’t unless you want to waste your time and money! I can’t believe they are still in business! !!!
