Fowler Firearms & Gun Range

We had a great time shooting. The staff was nice and welcoming. The ammo price was a bit high but Fridays are free range day! I would recommend them to anyone!

Today was my first time ever shooting a gun and I am happy to say I trusted Ray at Fowler firearms to help me along. I googled where to go and fowler has ladies day Thursday, so I went here. I could not have been happier.
Ray was kind and helpful beyond belief! His teaching outside of the range was so good that my first shots were close to bullseye. Listen to Ray and you will do fine!
He chose a 22 for me to try and it was a great fit! I have wanted to shoot for a long time and this was a great first time. He eased me into the shooting range, showing me how others were doing it, and guaranteeing my safety. I never felt in harms way, and it was clear everyone shooting there was following the rules.
I will definitely be back! I wish I could have spent hours shooting and practicing what he taught me. Thank you so much ray!!!

I have been terrified of guns my entire life. These guys made me feel so safe and comfortable. The guy helping us taught me everything step by step and didn’t try to sway me towards something I wasn’t ready for. He guided me to the gun I ended up buying today. I cannot thank you guys enough for your kindness and understanding, it means more to me than you will ever know.

I came here on a Friday to take advantage of the promotion they had for the men to shoot free. I was charged $ 23 for 50 bullets and I got to use a 9 mm, and they provided me with glasses, goggles, and a gun. Not quite free but not expensive at all. This straight shooter had a swell time.

I showed up on New Year’s Eve to shoot with the family to find out they were closing much earlier than advertised on their website (only reason to deduct a star). We were given two free lane passes and gun rental vouchers and invited to come back the next day.
We came back the next morning, filled out the paperwork, and were on our way. The staff didn’t need to help us with gun/​ammo selection because I knew exactly what we wanted (Glock 17 w/​100 rds and AK-​47 w/​80 rds).
After getting eye/​ear pro, guns, ammo, and targets, an employee walked us in, gave a 30 second rundown on the range rules (nothing over the top like I’ve read on some reviews), showed us our lanes, and left us be. We spent nearly two hours in the range and were not rushed or bugged by staff.
As for me (if you’re wondering how worthy my word is) I’m an active duty infantry Marine of over four years, and I’ve been working as a range coach/​safety officer for three on the side. I’ve shot at private indoor and outdoor ranges in VA, IN, CA, and now Florida. It isn’t the nicest I’ve ever been to, but I would recommend anyone in the area to Fowler’s.
Also, in response to cost– granted we had free lanes and rental, our bill for 100 9 mm and 80 7.62×39mm with two targets was $ 97.20. Very reasonable in all my time shooting.

Every day is what’s up! These guys are the best. Suffice it to say, I’ve never been a shooter’s shooter, yet the staff here have been at minimum courteous, at best downright friendly. (Bearing in mind that an armed establishment is a polite establishment.) I had a lot of questions. I brought my sons. Potential for humiliation = very high. Yet, they helped me out, were patient and I left with my dignity intact and two delighted young men in tow. I wholeheartedly recommend Fowler for anyone considering owning a firearm. Oh, and their concealed carry class is outstanding! Don’t let the media fool you, this is a thoughtful group of people who sincerely care about helping the customer make the right choice. Go there!

LADIES DAY is what’s up.
Free gun rental and free range time if you bring a friend to share a lane with you. All you have to pay for is the ammo and a target ($ 1 – 2 each).
My visit to Fowler Firearms was my very first time shooting a gun. Yeah it was scary. Yeah it took me a few minutes to fire my first shot. But eventually I got a hang of it and I had fun! The workers are very nice and understanding. They did not judge me (I don’t think) for being a newbie. Definitely go here for Ladies Day or Men’s Day!
