Grooming Gallery

New to the area and so glad that I found the Grooming Gallery for my dogs needs.
Jennifer is very friendly and my dogs were very comfortable with her. My dog Lola is terrified of having her nails cut and usually needs to be muzzled because she will bite. Not so with Jennifer! She didn’t even need to muzzle her and Lola let her do everything she needed to do without a problem.
Jennifer only works on one dog at a time and she does not kennel the dogs. She has relaxation music playing.
She gave my dogs very nice and cute haircuts.
She also recommended a great flea product for my dogs that got rid of a stubborn flea problem immediately! and also recommended a good vet in the area.
I will definitely bring my dogs here from now on. Thumbs up!

I was extremely disappointed with the way my pup looked after taking her here. I travel all over the country with my dog so we have been to quite a few different groomers and this was by far the worst cut I’ve ever had. My pup is a Bichon and is meant to be fluffy and curly. She did have some matting on her ears and her neck but nothing that other groomers weren’t able to get out. Instead of taking the time to work on her, Jen just decided to completely shave her! And I mean completely shave her! This will now take months and months to grow my pups hair back! I would not recommend this groomer to anyone who has a small dog that likes them to look as they intend for their breed!

Love Jennifer. She is friendly, is very good at grooming how you want it done. The store is clean. I love that she grooms one dog at a time so your pet is not in a kennel. I will surely recommend this groomer!!!

Great service, friendly staff. My dogs looked great when I picked them up, best of all got charged what was quoted! Will be back!

Scheduled an appt, arrived on time but no one was there. Door was locked, and lights were off. Tried calling and there was no answer. My dog wasn’t even able to experience a cut from this place. Not going to make another appt here again.

When I first walked in all that I could think of is that this can’t be a dog groomer. The room smells great and nothing like animals. It is extremely clean and open, you can even sit and watch while she grooms your pet through a large window. My dogs favorite part is that she takes her time and does one dog at a time, no hurrying, no rush and no crating. Nala (my Australian Labradodle) leaves looking and smelling great every time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet. She is also very reasonable when it comes to price.
