This hotel is just off a major road so there is plenty around it for eating, drinking, and gas. We stayed here because it was close to Cape Coral for our visit. The check in was super friendly and helpful. The hallways don’t have a cool temperature so you will notice it is a bit warm. The room 506 was very well kept; very clean, fully stocked and functional. The A/C unit worked well and was not noisy. The 3′ refrigerator and microwave worked well. All the lighting was in good condition. There are black out drapes and sheers. The desk, sofa, 2 chairs and large TV were in good condition. The duvet was impeccably clean and soft. They offer free wifi and free breakfast from 6 – 10 am. It includes delicious coffee, hot/cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, bacon, french toast, breads and pastries. There is a pantry behind the front desk for snacks, and refrigerated/frozen items for purchase. The only items that I missed are liners in the wastebaskets and a luggage rack. Very friendly staff all day and every day; and super clean, well maintained rooms. Would go back if in the area.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Landon and his team are simply amazing. I had a 29 room block for my wedding. My guests and I could not get over how overly accommodating and fabulous everyone was at the hotel. The breakfast is better than any continental I’ve had in all of my travels. The hotel was recently renovated and has a lovely pool, clean comfortable rooms and super comfy beds. Location is very accessible to downtown and you cannot beat the room rates. Many of my guests got stranded due to the storm up north… no problem. The hotel was able to accommodate them for extra days and was happy to help any way they could. They arranged cabs for my guests, and were there to help me with any and everything I needed to make my wedding day perfect. They put the welcome bags I made in each of my guests rooms and put up with all of the craziness surrounding a large wedding party. I cannot thank Landon and his team enough and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Fort Myers area. Thank you for being so accommodating to me and my family!

The hotel feels a little remote as you’re driving to it. But it is actually quite close to the Edison mall and restaurants. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. We were also offered hot coffee or iced tea upon check in with directions toward the elevator, which was nice. We booked our room through and found the«king study» to be quite spacious and clean. We only stayed the one night with a late check in around 11pm, so we weren’t able to try out the pool or any of the other amenities, but we were still very happy with everything. I always like that Hampton Inn serves hot and cold breakfast options. They have your basic cereal, bagels and waffles but also usually have some kind of hot eggs available. The morning that we left they were serving steak and egg burritos with homemade salsa. Not only was I surprised at that option, I was also surprised at how good it tasted. I’m not a fan of institutionally cooked eggs, reminds me too much of grade school, but these weren’t bad. All in all, we would definitely stay at this location again.

Hands down one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Landon is the Hotel Manager, what a class act! From the moment I booked, arrived on site, the set-up of their conference room for my event– my experience with him has been phenomenal. It is not like my event brought in hundreds of people, however I was treated with the red carpet treatment! The Hotel is in immaculate condition, very nice, very warm and friendly hightop dinner tables. Their breakfast area is very clean and and homemade salsa from their Chefs’- coffee area that serves warm coffee all day long and not to mention the warm cookies that come from a Hampton Inn. Jeff, your leadership is very apparent throughout your staff, everyone is warm, kind and friendly. As a business owner of a large hotel you’re doing a great job and I look forward to coming here throughout the year!

Love this place. The rooms are very nice, the staff is awesome, they have a big cooler of iced tea with lemon in addition to the coffee, tea and cocoa. They have remote printing in the dining area, which is nice and their gym is pretty good. The only negative is the elevator carpet is really ugly. :)

I am not a Hilton, Hampton, or any of there properties fan because of previous issues I have had with them. I am platinum with IHG, Marriot, and Raddison. However, this property was very nice and the staff was awesome. I was upgraded even though I am only silver status with them which was nice. Check in was efficient, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. I am actually seeing if they will status match me. If they would I would probably start staying at their properties more based on this experience. Located near restaurants, bars, and shopping. Oh ya the pool was great!

Extremely pleasant, very nice hotel. Appears fairly new. Very clean and friendly. Fort Myers Ale House within walking distance is a bonus.

I love love when the manager recognizes that I’m a Diamond member and upgrades my room.(Thanks Landon) He was super friendly, helped me find a local sushi place to eat. Although it wasn’t as fabulous as I expected(I’m high maintenance when it comes to my sushi), I didn’t have the heart to tell him so. Atmosphere was totally up my alley. Hilton should give this man a raise for his customer service. The way he was is what I see when I stay at a Waldorf. The front desk girls were great also. Extra gummy bears too in my Diamond check in? What! This place is one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Clean rooms too.

Probably one of the nicer Hampton Inns, and also very reasonably priced. I had a suite for the first five days I stayed here, which are a really good size. Beds are extremely comfortable and the suites come complete with a small fridge/microwave. Comfortable couch and sitting area to stretch out and work. The last day, no suite was available, and the room, although much smaller, was still comfortable. The staff here really go out of their to be friendly, and the kitchen staff are very attentive, and will even pack a custom«to go» bag, if you ask them. The only reason I minus a star is for the gym. The equipment is awful and consists of a squeaky elliptical, treadmill and bike. The equipment appears to be old, worn and needs to be replaced. Seriously, bring a workout DVD, if you are serious about getting your blood pumping.

This Hampton Inn is pretty ok, I guess. I didn’t get the King room I requested when making the reservation(2nd time this has happened to me at a Hampton Inn), but there’s no point in arguing when they’re full. Pool area was nice, but the towels out there were super small. Room was clean. Microwave was located in an area that had no outlet, so i had to move it in order to use it — weird. It was ok. I’ll stick with Hilton Garden Inns, thanks.
