OMG! That’s all I can say! I heard about Hydrafacials on a celebrity talk show and decided to look for a provider in my area. Knowing it’s a medical grade treatment, I expected the spa to be sterile and uninviting like the med spas I’ve been to in the past. I was so(pleasantly) surprised the second I walked in. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. My fluffy robe and complimentary champage was a great addition to my experience. The décor is definitely upscale and extremely clean. Laura did a great job addressing my skin concerns and actually gave me a treatment plan so I could attain the results I’m looking for. Between future Hydrafacials and Skinceuticals daily care, I look forward to my skin looking even better than it does after this single treatment! What’s even better is that I found out that they offer memberships. I’m super excited because now as a member I wont have to break the bank to look great! I definitely recommend Java Spa!

I came to Java spa because my daughter bought me a massage for the holidays and I finally had the chance to come in. This place is absolutely stunning! Excellent customer service and the massage therapist had hands of an angel. Thanks again! I can’t wait till next time!

I booked my appointment easily over the phone upon visiting Fort Myers for family vacation, the guest service specialist was very helpful and accommodating. Vanessa was my esthetician and she was phenomenal! I now a pair of Cara Delevingne eyebrows for the new year. And they brew delicious coffee in house

Was out visiting the Fort Myers area and decided on a massage, spa experience. Found this Java Spa in gateway and gave it a shot. Was not disappointed, had a great experience that was peaceful and relaxing. The crew(Ashley and Vanessa) at that location was great in answering any questions I had and took very good care of me. Next time in the area will definitely stop by … Tasha.

I was very excited to see this place open up in Gateway. I did a spa package and it was to include a welcome glass of sparkling wine, a 75 minute massage, a gift basket, and use of the various machines and treatments available. I forgot to request Michelle, a supremely gifted masseuse, and was disappointed to learn she was away for the day for a work related class. I walked in, was given a very comfortable robe to change into and then led to the relaxation room to wait for the masseuse. She came to get me and when I asked about the sparkling wine she told me to go into the massage room, undress, and wait face down on the table; she would be right back. I did and when she came back she was holding a cold glass of sparkling wine. I told her I would rather not chug it and asked if it could be put in a refrigerator. She responded«it will be fine» and placed it on the table. I honestly have to say it was the worst massage I have ever received. I get them once a month and use them as a way to achieve deep relaxation. Unfortunately, this was 75 minutes of awkward pushing and pulling with no rhyme, reason or rhythm. She never inquired about pressure so I gently told her my preference and pointed out sore spots. It became apparent rather quickly that she had no basic understanding of the body or art of massage. I was counting the minutes until it was over. When it finally was, she handed me the glass of warm, uncarbonated«champagne» which perfectly summed up the experience. Additionally, and this has happened both times I’ve visited the spa, it appears the protocol while a client is in the«relaxation room» is to send someone in to talk about package options and pricing. This is not relaxing at all and significantly cheapens the experience. On a positive note, the gift bag of Pure Fiji lotions was lovely, as were the two Norman Love chocolates. There is potential here, but still some much needed improvement.
