Should have trusted my intuition and used Über. Called a day before to make a reservation with the owner of the company! this was a business trip and had to catch a plane in the am, pick up was at 420 am. Called the am because I saw no car. I was told to «call another cab»… «Maybe you didn’t make a reservation with us.» Really? Also was giving attitude, then received text saying he did not want to listen to me complain the whole way and thus this is why he would not pick me up. The driver told me multiple time he is a driver and does not get paid enough for this. This is customer service I was looking for oh sorry we messed up and we will be on our way. Really not a good company. Also since I called the owner on Sunday and it was his fault expected a call saying we messed up. No call. Would give no stars.
