This McDonalds is so wonderful! One of the managers, Joshua Graham, took my order and he was very fast and friendly. Then my meal was ready for me before I even finished paying! The food was hot and fresh. As I was enjoying my food I noticed how the workers really acted like a team. They worked together and communicated with each other in order to be successful. Most importantly even when they were not with customers they were still smiling and they looked like they really enjoyed working at Mcdonalds.

Screwed up my order when I went through the drive through. Ordered 3 large fries and received 2 medium fries. Ordered 3 sweet and sour and 1 barbecue and they gave me 4 bbq and 2 sweet and sour. I has to drive back to complain and they wouldn’t give me a refund…

Yesterday afternoon around 2:30pm picked up a mcdouble and fries at the drive-​thru and went home (less than 5 minutes away) to eat. The hamburger was warm but the fries were cold. Another reviewer encountered this also, so it sounds like they have a problem at this location.

Filthy, dirty bathrooms and small dining area with very slow and poor service. AVOID. McDonalds should pull their franchise from this store. HIDEOUS!!! And to think this location was closed for months to make improvements. They made it worse. MUCH WORSE!!! Try the McDonalds at College and Southpointe if you want a good McDonald’s experience!!!

I have been around the world always tried the Mcdee. This place suck. It was 1108 am. I order a Big Mac, fish filet and a Shake. I used the drive thru. They gave me my order said thank and close the window. I drove back to my hotel which was 3 miles 5 minutes back. They FORGOT my shake. and the burger and fish sandwich was COLD even though it was 90 degrees and humidity of 80%. What kind of place is this. Its off my list forever.
