Miracle Eyebrows

The lady there has THE worst attitude: I made an appointment at 2:15 to get my eyebrows done during my lunch hour through Unilocal because it gave the option to and I got a confirmation back 10min later. I showed up about 15min before my appointment and there were people already there waiting. At 2:14 she called someone else over to her chair and I asked if I can go next since I made my appointment and need to get back to work. She said, «we don’t do appointments.» I showed her the confirmation and she said «I should can understand of the weekend, but it’s only Tuesday. They will only take a few minutes, you can sit and wait a little bit.» It wasn’t only about what she said, but it was how she said it; it was very demeaning and felt like a child being scolded for trying to make her uphold her appointments that she confirmed so I wouldn’t be late for work. I walked out and will NEVER return. Her service may be good (I wouldn’t know), but her professionalism and mannerism needs some dire work.

I just moved to the area and I loved Miriam even tho I had a little bit of irritation I loved her professionalism and her work was great im happy with my eye brows

OMG!!! I needed my eyebrows done and had never had threading done before. I stopped into Miracle Eyebrow in the Edison Mall in Ft Myers and met Mariam. She introduced herself and was so friendly. She explained threading to me and how threading is much safer and more precise than waxing. I noticed that she washed her hands and wore a mask, which I appreciated. We discussed the shape, and if I like them thick or thin. She made me feel very comfortable with her professionalism and cleanliness. After she was done she cleaned the surrounding area with antiseptic and a soothing cream. I sat up and looked in the mirror and was pleasantly surprised at how she shaped them and did not take off more than I asked. I noticed that she did them in about 7 minutes and there was hardly any pain. If you are considering having your eyebrows done by a professional you need to go see Mariam. I think she is from the Middle East. Great job… love my eyebrows and will visit her again!!!

I recently moved away from my favorite threading place and I have gone twice to new spot and have left underwhelmed about my eyebrows each time, so as I am on vacation this weekend in SWFL I decided to venture in and try them out. I had done them here in the past when in lived in Fort Myers around 2010. I walked in and there was a man at the register who asked what I was in for. There was a lady busy threading. I waited about 5 – 10 minutes and she was ready for me. She had a thick accent but understood my directions and was pleasant. She had very thin eyebrows, which scares me as I like them VERY thick AND very angled. She did a great job and confirmed my suspicion that the other lady had made one of my eyebrows a sliver too thin. She showed me with eye shadow what I needed to let grow out and she showed me how to draw them with eye-​shadow. I went to the beach the next day and even while beet red, squinty, and makeup less, my eye brows looked great :)
