I ordered a small pepperoni pizza at 6 and received a confirmation that it would be delivered by 6:40. I called the store at 7 and was told that it should be there by 7:10 which was correct. I paid $ 17.00(included tip) for a pizza that had been rolling around in the delivery car for over an hour. It looked liked dried cold cardboard. The drink that I ordered also had been rolling around the car since it exploded all over my kitchen. Nothing like hot grape soda all over my kitchen. Since I ordered online, I filed a complaint and received a message stating that they would contact the store manager. This was last night. I have not been contacted at this time. The pizza was so bad that I threw it out and the animals did not touch it. I understand that things happen. There was a big game. I would have been happy if they would have just apologize for this problem but to not even hear from them. That is so sad. Lesson learn eat at a place that appreciate my business.
